From my experience in the past, repairs can take about 2 hours so bring books or busy work to keep yourself entertained or stroll around downtown. I enjoyed my iPhone 12 mini but love to take photos so wanted something a little bigger space-wise. Zach took great care of my dad and I so kudos to his courteous, professional, knowledgeable assistance. He shared some pointers and the one I found most helpful is that my old phone could cross over to the new one if they're near each other so no hard feelings if you haven't backed up your phone in months! It was estimated 2-4 hours but once I connected to home wifi it took only 35 minutes. Overall had a quick, efficient visit.
