Unfortunately, this time we weren't so lucky in that, they never know what phone models they're equipped to prepare and even if you called and said "can you fix my iphone 7" they gave you some "well, we get a shipment twice a week and we don't know what it contains" BS. We even said "well, can you order a screen for my phone?" but they said no. Fortunately we were heading to Middletown for lunch on a Saturday and we knew this place was very close to our restaurant of choice. We gave a call and the friendly guy said he absolutely could fix the phone in about 20 minutes, for far less than Staples. In and out in 20 minutes for $80. This will be our go-to place for phone repairs going forward.

Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it's not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!

When it was paid in done he assured me that he had secured me the $25.00 a month plan I was seeking to start with that would kick in after two additional following month bills for $40.00. I recently visited the store to discuss a $70.00 bill and long story short I learned I was conned. From the responses I received and the attitude of unconcerned for what transpired by their possible relative employee, I see it as a full on scam and con game. That store doesnot deserve to be in business if those are the shades business practices they condone or operate under. I would not recommend that store for any business base on my experience. I have very mixed feelings about this location. The first…read moretime I came here (back in September), I was told that if I dropped my phone off before 3pm it would be fixed the same day. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

So i took that deal. i contacted customer service regarding my "credit" that was supposed to post to my account. They said that the iphone 12 pro max only takes a whopping $400 off of the Iphone 14 pro max. not only is that literally fucking HALF of what i was anticipating, but im like really fucking disappointed in this company because I've been with t-mobile for as long as i could remember. but wait... there's more. the airpod pros that were supposedly "$70" and that i was supposed to get a "credit for," apparently only Iphone 14 plus and the regular iphone 14 is "eligible" for that offer.
