    WARNING!! While the…read moreperson who did the repairs was nice, they didn't inform me of any of the options of getting my phone repaired. Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it's not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!

The young man that handled my purchased explained to me that he registered me for the wrong plan and because of it he would be penalized in someway if he didn't successfully close the deal. That included paying for a plan that included a new phone and over $125.00 more than I came to the store to pay. When it was paid in done he assured me that he had secured me the $25.00 a month plan I was seeking to start with that would kick in after two additional following month bills for $40.00. I recently visited the store to discuss a $70.00 bill and long story short I learned I was conned. From the responses I received and the attitude of unconcerned for what transpired by their possible relative employee, I see it as a full on scam and con game. That store doesnot deserve to be in business if those are the shades business practices they condone or operate under. I would not recommend that store for any business base on my experience. This happened this past September. Be on high alert for con and scamming at the Main Street, Middletown branch.

    I have very mixed feelings about this location. The first…read moretime I came here (back in September), I was told that if I dropped my phone off before 3pm it would be fixed the same day. I arrived a little after that, and my phone was repaired and ready the next day with no issues -- so my first experience was positive. Four months later, my screen started malfunctioning with no physical damage, which should have been covered under warranty. I scheduled an appointment online for Monday, drove 30 minutes, and when I arrived the store was closed, even though both the website and phone system still said they were open. There was no notice or update. I called the next day before driving there again and was met with attitude about them not notifying anyone they had been closed. When I arrived later that afternoon around 4:15pm to drop off my phone, the entrance still wasn't shoveled. I had to climb through snow just to get inside. The next day, I was charged $99 by my insurance because the claim was automatically changed from "warranty" to "accidental damage," even though the repair was not accidental. (This was done by the insurance company, not the store.) When I went to pick up my phone, I was told my SIM card tray was missing -- which was not true, as it was in the phone when I handed it over. It was inside an OtterBox-style case that snaps together, so it couldn't have just fallen out. The employee I originally gave the phone to claimed it was never there, while the employee helping me at pickup (who was much kinder) offered to order a replacement. I ended up ordering one myself because either way I would have had to wait two days -- but if the store ordered it, I would have had to drive 30 minutes back to pick it up. It made more sense to just pay the $6 and have it delivered to my house. That said, I want to give huge credit to the second employee who helped me with the insurance issue. He spent nearly an hour on the phone fighting with the insurance company, dealing with dropped calls and transfers, all while still helping other customers, just to make sure I wasn't wrongly charged. He didn't have to do that, and I truly appreciate him for going above and beyond. Because of him, my experience went from incredibly frustrating to being handled with genuine care and effort. I just wish the overall process, scheduling, and communication, was more consistent and professional.

Not only this, they offered free airpods 2nd gen along with the iphone 14 pro max purchase. Following this, they offered Airpod Pros would be a total of $70. So i took that deal. i contacted customer service regarding my "credit" that was supposed to post to my account. They said that the iphone 12 pro max only takes a whopping $400 off of the Iphone 14 pro max. not only is that literally fucking HALF of what i was anticipating, but im like really fucking disappointed in this company because I've been with t-mobile for as long as i could remember. but wait... there's more. the airpod pros that were supposedly "$70" and that i was supposed to get a "credit for," apparently only Iphone 14 plus and the regular iphone 14 is "eligible" for that offer. Like are you fucking kidding me not only am i getting scammed once, but twice by this company. like what the fuq. you literally took $250 for the airpods $800 for this iphone, because they don't even know if they can even APPLY the $400 off at LEAST and they added some shitty protection i didn't even need. i literally had the 12 pro max for almost 3 years and it had NO damage whatsoever. so what the fuck i should've kept my 12 pro max tmobile im coming for u bro. ‍ $1,050 that you owe me?? funny. it's been 3 months already, consider an interest rate provided by my lawyer since you "can't" refund me or "credit" me. thanks.
