Well, Nick and Chris have totally changed that! Over the past two plus years they have gone above and beyond for me, my husband, my mom and other customers that are there when I am. They are knowledgeable, friendly, hold one another accountable and go above and beyond to exceed your needs. They will exhaust every possible option to troubleshoot or help you out, even when they go in doubtful if they are able to help. The store is bright, clean, has proper sanitation stations and is well stocked. Selections are a bit limited due to demand, but they do everything in their power to get you what you need and want. So i took that deal. i contacted customer service regarding my "credit" that was supposed to post to my account. They said that the iphone 12 pro max only takes a whopping $400 off of the Iphone 14 pro max. not only is that literally fucking HALF of what i was anticipating, but im like really fucking disappointed in this company because I've been with t-mobile for as long as i could remember. but wait... there's more. the airpod pros that were supposedly "$70" and that i was supposed to get a "credit for," apparently only Iphone 14 plus and the regular iphone 14 is "eligible" for that offer. Last year I was looking to replace my moto G stylus and was once again told they did not have the phone I wanted. So I decided to get the Samsung SE and due to the huge price difference I had to finance the phone. I was not informed that this was a third party finance and that I would have to pay smart pay separately, additiinally when I left the store my monthly bill was $60 higher than when I walked in the store causing me to think that was to pay off the phone. It was only when my credit monitoring company alerted me to an account in collections this past month that I discovered what had happened. I called last week and 611 reduced my bill but did not offer to refund me the padded bill I had been paying for over a year they simple told me to call the store and have them figure it out. A week later the store has made no effort to fix their mistake or take any accountability. So now as a result I over paid by hundreds of dollars and my credit score was hurt. This store and metro pcs are running a scam.

Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can't afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn't find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don't guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I'm not hard on my phone at all so it's ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they "fixed" that, it barely works unless I'm hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I'm on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn't hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn't an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it's not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!
