We explained that keeping a toddler at the mall for another 75 minutes isn't easy and asked if there was any chance they could take us as a walk-in. I understand we were early and they had other appointments, so I wasn't expecting them to take us right away. But the manager was pretty rude about it and basically just told us to come back at our appointment time. We were simply asking if there was any possibility of being accommodated. My husband also had another issue with the same AirPods and asked if they could check that at the same time. They told him he would need to make another appointment for that issue, which was frustrating. It's the same AirPods and we were already there, so having to make another trip just didn't make much sense to us. Unfortunately, this is the only Apple Store close to us, so we'll probably be back when we need help. I understand they have their appointment system, but I just wish the whole situation had been handled a little more nicely. Even if they couldn't take us early or help with both issues, a friendlier response would have made a difference.

The interaction didn't have to be so unpleasant even if she was not able to complete the request. Part of the reason why people use apple products is for the service. The last 2 Apple stores had become difficult to get help or even buy iPhone quickly even with all the employees standing around. 2 stars is for my bf who also needed help and got decent help.

They also put on a screen protector for me. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional, and I really appreciated how quickly everything was taken care of. They always help with the latest and greatest , and upgrades . Only issue I have with most of the T-Mobile showrooms are - if we upgrade a phone and if the chip is different (say from micro to mini ) , they charge to on the new sim ! Crazy . Being a customer for 8 plus years , they need to look at upgrading this for no cost . Anyways , apart from this , the service is good and I like T-Mobile overall.

This was a very bizarre and unsettling sequence of events. I called to change my Internet and TV to a different package. I was quoted $140 for this specific package, but informed that the price could not be changed until I visited the store and returned my cable boxes to exchange for a streaming box. Seemed simple enough. When I got to the store, I was informed that I also needed to bring my internet router for exchange, because the current one was not compatible with the new package. I drove all the way home, secured my router, and brought it back to the store for exchange. When I called customer service at the store for them to change to the $140 package, I was informed that that was the correct price, but the change would only be made after I installed the devices at home and called them back. I followed these instructions. The streaming device installation went smoothly, but the router I was given was an incorrect router. After hours on the phone with IT and customer service, I was told I would have to go back to the store and get a different router. This was the third time I was heading back to the store in the same day. I went back, got the correct router, and brought it home for installation. After everything seemed perfectly installed, I called customer service to change the price to the previously quoted $140 package. This is when things started to get beyond frustrating. I was told that there was no such package and that there were no notes on my account depicting these discussions. How could this be possible? I had just been in the store with a representative, who heard the $140 quote and quoted me the same in person. Now, after following all of the instructions, visiting the store multiple times, spending hours on the phone, I was being told that this deal no longer existed? I decided to take a break and call Optimum the next day because it was too stressful. The next day, upon calling I continued getting told that the deal did not exist. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Felt completely like a bait and switch situation- "do this and you'll get this price" but then you do what is asked, and Optimum doesn't follow through. Horrible!!! 2) IN STORE EXPERIENCE - 5/5 stars. Andres P. at the Edison, NJ store was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive from the start. He calmly guided me through the steps, and when things started to go awry, he told me he could assist speaking to customer service and would have my back. He had plenty of notes documented on my account and confirmed everything I had shared to customer service. Andres really knows how to deal with clients. He is thorough and makes you feel like he really cares. I am 100% sure that if it wasn't for his help, the deal would not have been pushed through. Had a custom sff pc examine and rebuilt order, few weeks ago…read more Initially told me the rebuilt will take about 1-2 business days, which ended up taking more than 5 days just to inform me they finished examining, and hasn't started the building part. I was gone for a vacation so I really didn't mind order taking more than expected, but got pretty disappointed with what was done with my pc. They informed me the price for custom rebuild will he around $150, including the cable managements, parts assembly (I specifically requested for the heatsink installation) None of them were done. No cable managements, heatsink wasn't installed, GPU sustainment and support weren't installed so the GPU was just hanging by one beam, Kept telling me that their technician must have forgotten it, and if I come back the following day everything should be done. When I visited the next day, the heat sink literally fall off as I opened up the pc right in front of them. At that point I was just done with everything, paid the full price(funny enough, custom build for SFF is "supposed to be more expensive" but I guess they charged me the $150 instead) and left. I had a really nice experience with linx8 2 years ago, with their customer service and pc support until this time, hopefully it won't happen again.
