Hello...I am a french businessperson and i came to this apple store to fix my laptop for a very…read moreimportant meeting...I went in to fix my screen and a guy ran some diagnostics, everything was working besides what I knew was broken...however, after a few days a lady called me back and said the traction pad is showing failure in the diagnostic test and to fix it would be an extra $100...now My pad doesn't even work..I'm not sure if they were just trying to make $100 more in profit or what but i'm extremely upset! Do not go here, they'll just end up messing up your laptop for extra profit

They always help with the latest and greatest , and upgrades . Only issue I have with most of the T-Mobile showrooms are - if we upgrade a phone and if the chip is different (say from micro to mini ) , they charge to on the new sim ! Crazy . Being a customer for 8 plus years , they need to look at upgrading this for no cost . Anyways , apart from this , the service is good and I like T-Mobile overall.

They are very cunning individuals that work here who will modify cell phone contract social security numbers, repackage cell phones in such a manner to have you qualify for rebates, etc. I would not recommend this place at all. Low and behold my screen protector was taken off and they don't have mine in stock (shocker). I always get the visionguard screen but I was told I would have to get the regular screen protector in the meantime. Very annoying. They did offer to put it on and not make me have to pay again for the visionguard once they got it back in stock but it was still a hassle.
