As of February 5, I have been without service for over 25 days. I am a paying customer with an active, paid plan, yet I cannot make or receive calls. This number is required for work and daily communication. I contacted Lycamobile USA customer support multiple times by phone and email. Phone support repeatedly instructs me to contact email support. Email support either does not respond at all or responds after several days and then stops replying again. At this point, Lycamobile USA support is ignoring my requests. I have completed all requested verification steps, including: identity/CIP verification, providing my full name and email linked to my Lycamobile USA account, providing the last four digits of my payment card, providing plan name, activation date, and payment details. Despite providing all required information, Lycamobile USA has not restored my service and has not provided any explanation for the issue. The company has also failed to provide account details required to transfer my number to another carrier. This is an unreasonable and prolonged service outage with no communication, no resolution, and no accountability from Lycamobile USA. I am requesting assistance to ensure that Lycamobile USA either: restores my phone service immediately, or provides the required information to transfer my number to another carrier.
