I would give this place a zero. I was duped by these people because they flat out lied about cost and charges until after the deal was done. I received my phones (didn't have them on hand) and found out from the 800 customer service line that what I thght I signed up for was not at all possible. The monthly fee would have been way more than was promised. I immediately cancelled and took forever to get return labels. Even when phones received it still took two callls to get them refunded. Here come hundreds of dollars of fees, for all sorts of things. Phones never used and can not show any use but got charged all sorts of "usage" fees. Their customer service area is a complete joke. Do not walk.. RUN away from AT&T, they have zero customer service people who aren't rude and ready to end the call the second they can't push you off onto someone else. They literally blame their system but have no problem sending bills or adding more charges. read more

I purchased a new iPhone from here, and went in on subsequent visits to make adjustments to my wireless plan as well as my wife's. Despite the location, or due to my arriving early, I found that I have always been able to get service rather quickly, after being greeted with a smile when I enter. The different employees who have helped me have always been polite, professional and knowledgeable. The updates that I needed to make to our data plans were due to their being so old that the current lowest data streaming plan they offered was actually about the same price but included almost 10 times the data. Keeping in mind that these account were activated before smart phones even existed. You know you're old school when you learned to text with your thumb using a Nokia Slider. Aside from a quick pitch to get me to switch to their internet provider which I politely declined (good on them for not hard selling it) everything went smooth as silk. Our new plans were about $10 more a month, and they helped us make some other minor adjustments to the accounts without making me feel old as dirt. Nice job! read more

We stopped into this store today because my son broke his phone and wanted a new one. He is 16, and he used his own money from his job, so I said sure. Our salesperson was Rudy W and he absolutely horrible. I knew that AT&T was running a special on iphone 11, cuz my other son just did it. The deal was upgrade any line and get an iphone 11 for $10 a month. Rudy argued with me right from the get go. He said the deal was only if you had a tradein, which we did not. I explained to him that I had double checked the website right before we came in, to make sure the deal was the same as last week, and it was. He told me, no less than FOUR times, that the deal was only with a tradein. All of this was happening, while he had earbuds in his ears, and it was obvious that he didnt care about us, or making the sale. I felt like I was bothering him. I was finally able to find the deal on the website, and I showed him where it said $10 a month or more with tradein. I even pulled up the full details where it specifically said the phone was $5 a month with tradein. He continued to argue with me, and if I didn't need my son to have a working phone, I would have just left. I have a disabled son at home, and I wont be home tomorrow, so I need my other son to have a working phone while he is at work, in case my other son has an issue, so I stayed. Rudy finally pulled up the website on his ipad, and finally told me he could do it. Yeah, Rudy, I know you can. The thing that gets me the most, is that even after he realized that I was right, he never apologized!! I am so angry!! My phone, and my husbands phone are both paid off. I am going to let the boys keep this account since they both have new phones, but my husband I will be going elsewhere. So bad. So angry. read more

I would give more than one star is for the gentleman that helped me but I don't feel the overall experience was worthy of more. The agent who helped me was kind, friendly, and as helpful as he could be as a new agent. However, I had problems after I left the store and could not get a hold of anyone. I left multiple messages, none of which were returned. I have spent way too much of my time in the phone and chatting with agents at AT&T to get the help I needed. I upgraded my phone and opted to pick it up in the store. They did not give me everything I needed when I left. They handed me a bag with "all the paperwork I needed" to send my old device back. When I got home, my trade agreement was not in the bag. The cloth that came with my screen protector I purchased was not in the bag. Also, they told me all I had to do was download everything from the cloud. However, I spent days trying dealing with this issue as it was NOT that simple. There were multiple things they failed to mention with regard to transferring data. With help from Apple care and my own trouble shooting after 5 days my phone was fully functional. read more

WATCH OUT. bought my mom a phone, sent her in to get it activated because I live in different state. BRANDON E. and his manager LEEK completely took advantage of her. I received all these notification of some Home protection insurance($25/month) they added to the account. Then I received some email about another protection plan($17/month). I am going to make this story short but I believe that i must give my feedback about my interaction with an at&t in home expert, over the phone and in store customer service. All of them are truly trying to help and the are very kind and willing to make you happy. At the end of the day, I prefer the face to face experience because, i will at least have someone to see my need for help. Jonathan was the representative that helped me. He went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue that the in home rep and over the phone could not solve. He was so so so patient, he slowly worked step by step on finding solutions - 3 to 4 hours later this big mess was resolved! This guy went above and beyond his work duties. I am a brand new customer for AT&T- if it was not for this guy i would have requested a full cancellation to return to my old cell phone provider. Thank you Jonathan! read more

BE AWARE!!! I have an AT&T account and just found out that 2 new devices were added to my account without my authorization. I received an email from AT&T thanking me for be a customer at this location. I had never been to that location or any other AT&T store. I found that someone supposedly went into this store and used my identification and had my PIN to put 2 new Apple products on my account. WELL PLAYED!! Someone has a new IPHONE and IPAD and it isn't me. I am now on the hook for $2500. They also paid with some VISA card that wasn't mine. Police report filed to get subpoena of video and card information. This has been wondering if anyone else has been ripped off here. read more

Had an A+ experience with Randy! He is one of the more knowledgeable employees and has excellent patience and charisma. My wife and I went in to add her to my account in addition to looking at new phone options. Due to technical errors it took well over 3 hours, Randy was optimistic the whole time in addition to finding us solutions to save money, couldn't recommend this store more! read more

I hate writing negative reviews but my bill is always so much after I trade in a phone. they say $25 more a month but I'm n reality it's $60 more each month. I hate at&t for lies, they always do this to us. My family of 3. It's a constant thing for the employees to just make you think it's all cheaper. If there was a negative star, that is what I would give. Don't get me wrong, 2 days ago, I would have given 5 Stars to the rep, Isaiah. But when I went back today to trade-in in my moms old phone, as advised, he had given us the wrong trade-in value. The Mgr, Carlos, gave me the option of retrieving the new phone, bringing it back (no restocking fees - ofc), then getting the correct promo phone for the trade in value of $1000 vs $700. Huge inconvenience. Now, this was not about the $$, it was about the principle of the employee not knowing his job and what the promos were. It was also about Carlos, not being a Mgr of quality. When I said that I will need the contact info for the Regional Mgr - his lovely response was, "I don't have to provide that to you." You can call 611. I had broken my Old one and it had pictures that I would be devastated if I lost. This is quite literally the WORST AT&T store in the entire state of Arizona. Every time you walk in, the employees are standing around like it's literally social hour doing absolutely nothing. I've gone in here one time and had a good experience and that's when the general manager was working and he actually knows what he's doing. You try to pay your bill or buy new devices and they won't accept any cash. This is literally the only AT&T store I have ever gone to in the state that does not accept cash... All the stores around them do, it makes absolutely no sense. This store is a joke. read more

Slow, inefficient, and poor service. I walk in, no greeting, and no instruction. I wait for someone to come available. Customer service agent finishes with one customer and calls another. I ask if there is a place to check in. She points at the manager. I go to him and ask if I can exchange a product. He puts me on the list. I go to find the product I need to exchange and wait. As I'm waiting, I observe the three customer service agents assisting other customers. They are dealing with major issues. I need to exchange one product for another that I located on the shelf myself. Why can't I exchange my product without waiting in a line of customer issues? Why isn't there one person designated to deal with simple business transactions? Ridiculous. I had to WAIT 20minutes to exchange a product. read more

Biggest joke ever. Drove there to have my phone serviced as it was not receiving calls. They tell me to take it to an apple store as it is more like a hardware issue and that's fine so I do. Get there apple runs the diagnostics test nothing comes back so they say it is a service issue which it was so not only did the worker waste my time but he lied to get out doing work. Store not busy on a Friday night. My husband and I changed some things on our plan and added a phone, etc. I asked a ton of times how much our new bill would be with the changes. The lady told me over and over again a $price. I asked her so many times, I could tell she was annoyed. I went in the store 5 days later and found out, while upgrading a phone, that the total bill is way higher than the Friday night lady said it would be. Not great customer service at all. The 1 star I am giving is for the nice gentleman who helped me the 2nd time I visited the store and he helped me with no hidden surprises when it comes to my new phone bill. read more

Joshua is a liar. A year ago i came in for Direct TV. Josh helped me. I had an online offer they were happy to honor. They printed out the contract and it wasnt the same. So i questioned him about it. He said they were having trouble printing that offer but assured me i would get the one advertised, and wrote that in and signed it, so i believed him. That ended up locking me into a 2 year rate that was quite higher than the advertised promise i was given and no one would honor the paper he signed. His name tag said he was a Direct TV specialist, the store was a Direct TV service location. Joshua said he would get me extra Visa promotion cards to 'offset' his B.S. but never came through. Avoid this store.....or at least avoid Joshua cause he is a liar read more

This place was amazing! 2 visits within 2 weeks and both were spot on. Walked in and greeted. I was asked what they could for me. I told them Im here for a new phone. I was out of my old contract and was shopping for a new phone and poss. a new carrier. They asked a few a question, the guy went on how great the phone was, worked up some numbers on my monthly due. Last minuet I change my mind to another phone! Now he goes over that phone and new numbers for bill. Didnt even act all put or anything. The guy was very clear letting me know my first bill was going to be high. Activation fee, the time left on the month I bought I bought it, and for the new month. Very clear and when I got my bill there was no trouble cause I knew it was coming. He also noticed I was a vet and informed me that AT&T loves Vets! 15% on my new phone and monthly bill! Job done. He installs my Lifeproof case for me, get me all set up and im a happy camper. 2 weeks later i went in. Greeter says hi and ask how she can help. I'm asking about exchanging the phone I bought. They were very kind and happy to help. I ended up keeping my new phone no swap, but still they were very kind and helpful if I had wanted to. AT&T has the best 2 year plan with the most given. Roll Over is legit. I would recommend that anyone looking for new service give this store in particular and AT&T a long look. I have given bad reviews before that were earned. Out of the few At&t stores I've gone this one is the most friendliest and they fixed my issue with my bill and they were so willing to help. I totally recommend this location to everyone! The friendly sales clerks are just robots that carry out the company's bait and switch sales tactics. There are tons of hidden fees, all your "credits" could take up to 3 months to be credited on your account, they won't print out their 60- something document for you to read, they have to refer you to horrible customer service reps on the phone because they can't take care of problems in-house....run as fast as you can! There are better companies for cell service with a higher level of integrity. read more

Had been online for over 40 minutes with a chat rep. Porting over two lines from sprint to my account, adding two lines , getting two phones, and changing my plan to accommodate to additional lines to my already 4 lines. Chat rep said they would be ready for pick up at my local store got an email the next day my order was cancelled because the store didn't have two iPhone X. They cancelled my whole order ! Instead of saying hey you want to go to another store or we can send them to you ? So I went Into this store already upset over my wasted time. Josue helped us listened to my whole story and very strategically helped me. Worked everything out in plain English so I knew exactly what was happening what I would be charged and what would be the best plan to fully take advantage of. He was very very knowledgeable. I know exactly what to expect on my next bill and even walked out with some more discounts on my direct tv bill! Josue had a great sense of humor and was patient with all my questions. We spent two and a half hours waiting for service and finally walked out. The sole two employees there clearly need serious training. One had been with a customer for 3 hrs and the other 2 hrs. Intellectual incompetence at its best. One of the employees (tall slender man) was having the most ignorant conversations with the negligent women who had been at his table for two hours. Apparently the two women had a 'difficult' time figuring out what phone and number to get for their kid (who was prob around 6 yrs old). Imagine the 3 of them asking the kid what number was suitable for her...A nightmare, encouraged by the intellectually void employee who clearly had no interest in the rest of us patiently waiting for service. The other employee, Felipe, had been with problem customers for 3 hrs, which suggests he has no idea of what he is doing. We told customers who walked in how long we had been there and they left. Your store lost MANY customers today who walked out because of the sheer incompetence of your two employees. We called the Power Rd store and they were amazing! Your store deserves to be shut down or staffed with competent people. You are a disaster. Never again. read more

I recently upgraded my phone and was offered and I pad at a discounted price. I was not told there was an activation fee and I would be paying another phone line. I was not given a copy of the contract. They said there is nothing they can do because they emailed my a copy. I never received it but they claim they did. Customer relations was no help. Met the manager Katie Randall today at the Apple store. She and I were speaking about my contract. she is the dumbest, rudest, condescending, person I have ever met. She refuses to look you in the eye. She rolls her eyes at you and when she asks you a questions she has to ask four times and she still doesn't listen or get it. i can not understand why Apple would allow her in their store. I can see why AT&T hired her thats what is the mind set in the stores. I get it, but Apple. Just don't go in that store, she is a miserable person that is VERY unhappy with her job.
