I want to warn anybody thinking about getting at&T account. The Internet air is absolutely hands-down the worst Internet service I have had for the past 30 years.. when you call them oh let's check the modem oh there's too many people on the tower just one excuse after another. The fact is they have over sold their product and there are so many people. This is why it continues daily. I called them yesterday same issues as yesterday and they had sent me a new modem that I actually got yesterday, but I hadn't hooked it up yet. I said the modem worked yesterday. It's not the modem, but they asked me to plug it in so I did. I got home today sure enough all Amber and red bars no Internet. So I unplugged it plugged it back in. It worked for 15-20 minutes and then same thing Amber and red bars. This is the new modem, doing exactly the same thing as the old one. The Customer Service reps are courteous and nice, but they are trained to get you off the phone. I also got an iPhone supposedly complementary but you know they're charging me $27 a month. I've had the account for a year. I owe $652 and that's how they rope you in to continuing with the terrible cell service. It's not as bad as the Internet service but it's bad. I would know sooner sign up with AT&T again as long as I live. Buyer beware it's not 5G unlimited because you can't get Internet when you want it. read more

Sad to say that all of the one star reviews are real. The service in here is very poor. It took the guy like a hour just to set up one man's two phones that he got. It was pretty ridiculous and they don't value any of their customers, time. Sat in the store for 30 mins the woman who walked in before me left without any assistance as well. All in all 3 customers left due to lack of service. In an AT&T store how ironic. Sad to say you can't read a store 0 stars the one star was being courteous. They need new employees ASAP.! read more

Yesterday Eric assisted my husband in trading in his old for a new phone and case, transferring his data, and answered a bunch of various questions. He was very patient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and technically adept with phone technology & changes in capabilities. The extremely slim female was the rudest person ever. Her action towards my elderly mother in law and myself was a KAREN. As we walked up to the door she put a out of lunch sign on the door. I ask through the door where did it say your lunch break time was from 1:40 to 2:40pm? She yell I'm closed and wouldn't even attempt to help. I saw her near the door when we pulled up so then noticed we were on our way to come in because we parked directly in front of the store. She proceeded to rush over to type up the out office letter and put the sign up. She filmed us as she left out the door as she played victim. She said she wasn't going to help us because I should have been nice and threatened to call the police if we come back. *AT&T allows their employees to do this is appalling. I called the corporate office and was told Eric the store manager would call me back he has yet to follow his employer's instructions. read more

My husband and I had AMAZING customer service at this location by Hugo! We changed our service from another carrier to AT&T, purchased 3 new phones and an I Pad. Hugo was extremely patient with us even as more and more customers came through the door. Not once did he seem flustered or rushed with us! Very courteous when trying to make a sale. After the sale not so much. My bill jumped almost hundred dollars after they switched plans when they told me my bill would be lower. When I went in to ask questions the manager "Darien" was very condescending and asked me a couple times if I didnt hear him the first time. Not everyone is going to understand about the customer service related problems that he has repetitively been explaining over and over again to I'm guessing a multitude of customers. I have been in construction and customer service related jobs most of my adult life and very rarely have I experienced customer service like this. read more

I want to say thank you to Josh the area manager who reached out to me and took care of my $60 bill and then invited me into the store to meet the new manager , but the day I stopped in she was not working that day . I was in the AT&T location mckellips and power rd in mesa and Basil was such a great help with the note 8s and switching over. His manager Darrien however was really quite rude and unprofessional in front of customers. I've been working customer service for 10 years and have never seen someone act so childish with cursing at Basil in front of customers and throwing things. I feel horrible for the employees who have to endure childish acts from a young manager who has temper tantrums. read more

Awful experience at thie ATT store. Our salesman Aric Nichols was gone (fired?) when we returned with questions about our 3 products.. "Manager:" Darian was very rude and unprofessional., and could not help us because the other salesman was gone..??? Darian dared us to go to another store, and even dared us to report him to his manager for his behavior. Terrible representative for the entire ATT company.
