I went in to the store on Delta Waters on December 24, 2024 to purchase a last-minute gift of an iPad. Well, in the store, they convinced me that there was a special going on for an iPad and an Apple Watch, I agree to this I felt that it was a good deal. However, after spending two hours at the store after everything was said and done, they went to scan my drivers license and it had just expired in November. They would not take my current passport or any other government issued ID but a drivers license. This was a bust and a complete waste of time. Then they convinced me to turn my iPhone 12 Pro in for the new 16. I told him I did not want to make any more installment payments and they said they would give me $830 credit for my old phone and I paid the $369.99 in cash that day to pay off the difference so the new iPhone 16 would be completely paid off and I would just be paying for the service. Recently did an update if you were going to change any information, passwords, etc. you have to wait one hour. It was Christmas Eve and everyone was antsy to get home and no one wanted to wait the hour It was going to take to unlock the phone. After spending three hours in the store, they did let me go home with my new iPhone 16 and said they would send me a return kit in the mail and all I needed to do on my own time was wait that allotted one hour and finish the transferring from the old phone to the new phone. Put the phone in the box mail it in and I would see a credit on my bill. After coming back from vacation, I never received a box in the mail. I checked with the house sitter who is getting our mail on a daily basis, she said that we never received a box or any packages. Now I call in and I see that my new bill says I owe $830 in installments. The exact thing that I did not want. AT&T said there was nothing they could do for me because it was past a 30 day Deadline. I was never informed that I had to turn The old phone in before 30 days. If so, I would have Made sure it was done. Long story short, I should have asked the staff to stay later than 6 PM when the store was closing to finish my transfer of information. Now I'm $830 in the whole Bound by a two-year contract that I did not want to sign but now I automatically am in because I did not get the credit for my old phone. On top of this, I was not able to go home with a iPad As a Christmas gift for my husband. I ended up going in on December 26 to Best Buy and purchase an iPad from there because I did not need a valid drivers license to make a purchase. I guess this is on me, but it is extremely frustrating that I'm in a contract, I owe money that I told was going to be a credit and spent hours and hours of waste of time to walk out of the store empty-handed. Then to be told by AT&T customer service that there was nothing they could do. Their hands were tied. I'm extremely extremely disappointed I have been a loyal customer for 10 years, I would've thought that being in customer service for over 20 years myself that there would've been something they could've done for a customer, other than walking away with a bad taste In their mouth and And no faith that AT&T would make it right. It's amazing how slow people can actually be. I was next in line for over an hour. Then there were two reps working with one lady & the whole time I could hear them just talking a bout places they have been & socializing. Do they not see everyone else waiting??? This is probably the WORST at&t store on planet earth!! or at least in Jackson County in Southern Oregon. They will greet you as you walk in. Normally someone will take down your name because they help you in the order you arrived. After you are greeted ALL the employees help people that came in after you but totally ignore YOU! Waiting patiently for darn near 45 minutes you decide to call the 800# to report the treatment by the employees. During the call to corporate to report the store, corporate helps you take care of what you came to the store to begin with. After things are taken care of with your phone, end the call, and you put your coat back on, walk out of the store. THEN, when you are across the parking lot an employee approaches you from the store and pretty much threatens you to never come back to their store because you used some language quietly that they didn't aporove of. Corporate is now investigating that store. I had planned to never return to that store anyway. Come to find out they are a franchise store...not a Corporate store. Sorry this is so wordy. read more

I went in to get a new phone for my husband and some accessories for his phone as well as mine. I came in at a slow time so there were quite a few staff to greet me at the door. Hunter ended up helping me... he got everything for me that I needed and answered my questions and worked with me on streamlining my account to be more cost effective. AT&T just lost a 15-year account holder with four devises. My wife and I were treated with appalling indifference and rudeness. We walked across the parking lot to sign up with US Cellular after having waited for over an hour at AT&T. If you (AT&T) would like to know how you could improve your customer no-service and retain customers, then contact me and I will offer helpful suggestions. Here is an unbelievable feat of stupidity with AT&T. I received a charge for $92.00 on my Discover card on 8/29. I AM NOT A AT&T CUSTOMER. I spent 17 minutes with two different departments to find out that they will not do anything. They're more than happy to take any fraudulent monies but, turning around and investigating it or returning it ..... They told me to deal with it through my credit card company. So now my credit card company is stuck with the $92.00 charge (not at&t. they got their money) and we have to redo our bill payments from our now old discover card to our new one. I told them it seems pretty simple to run my credit card through their system to locate the sack of crap who used it. The at&t gal told me it was illegal. BS read more

The person who helped me while purchasing a new phone was nice, but they completely messed up my plan. They switched up something on my family plan without our approval in effort to "save us money", and only turned out to be a more expensive option. We told them that we didn't want the changes right there in the store, and they said they had fixed it back to our otiginal plan. $700 in overage fees and 8+ hours spent on the phone with customer service to get it fixed. Let's just say I'm not very happy with at&t and their current customer service practices. Please reconsider how you treat your loyal customers. read more

This store is terrible. I made an appointment online for 6:00 pm and have been waiting for a half an hour for any sort of service other than being "checked in". They only have two people working and one of them is just sitting there with a customer not discussing any sort of deal. Great customer service! Medford , Oregon, ATT on Delta Street. Wow! Above and beyond! Last week my brother and I came in about an hour before closing, Tyler greeted and assisted us. When he realzed he coudnt transfer the phone number from a disposable phone until the next business day, he wrote detailed notes , checked the schedule for who was working next day and then forwarded them. The next day we arrived at 9 am and Jeremey was there, he knew exactly who we were and what we needed. Jeremy Had to really perservere and many calls,later he succeeded. The Grants Pass store is the absolute worse! If you go in there be prepared for at least a half hour minimum wait. You cant really check out any of the phones because there is like 5 there. Also, if you have a prepaid phone and go in to upgrade it, you will be charged right then and there for a full months service, regardless of whether you are on auto pay. So I got charged at the time of new phone and a week later from my auto pay...which means I paid 100.00 a month for 1 month service. read more

Got a new Iphone 6 plus it is not working after three days they said too bad we can't take it back, you have to deal with Apple. Apple sent me a used phone. What a bad deal a 900 dollar phone and if defective you have to get a used phone and AT&T won't help. read more

I ordered a phone online for my husband as a surprise. Turns out he really wanted the iPhone6s + instead of the iPhone6s. The grants pass location wasn't able to do the exchange for whatever reason and said that the only place that would do it was the one in Medford on delta waters. I went there this evening, walked in, and was not acknowledged at all. Not even a hi, we'll be right with you. Nothing. I had to approach one of the Reps and put my name on the wait list. Checked in at 6:15 pm, and was not seen until 8:30. When it was finally my turn, I told the guy what I needed. He said easy fix. Exchanged the phones, and then informed me that there was a $35 restocking fee. I did my research before I came to see what their return/exchange policy was. It said no restocking fee if device is return unopened. Sooo, I told him that I should not be charge because the device was not opened. Apparently, that's not their store policy. At this point, I'm super frustrated, hungry, tired, and just want to get home. Paid them the $35, got my phone and left. I just can't believe this place operate like this. They need to retrain their employees on customer service and store policies. I will never ever step foot in this establishment ever again. read more

We have always went to this location and have never had a problem. But from now on we will NEVER again. We arrived and had to check in and had a hour and a half wait not a huge deal 45 minutes later we were no closer to getting serviced. So we called down to the store in the mall to check the wait time and there was none so we decided to go there instead. We politely went up to the lady who checked us in and explained that we were going to the other location because we were shirt on time. The lady then proceeds to tell us about how this other place got many complaints and that the workers there were "shady" we were shocked that someone could be so disrespectful especially about a store ran by that SAME COMPANY. And to the lady at AT&T you can bet your sweet ass that we told the people working exactally what you were making their store out to be. On that note I HIGHLY recommend the AT&T store in the mall. We will be going there from now on. An extra few minutes drive for better service it is worth it. read more
