When I decided to return the DSL hotspot box a week later, UNOPENED, he was curt and really couldn't be bothered with my return or the reason why it was unopened! This situ COULD be a MANAGER/management issue or lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE training but not sure. Regardless, this STORE has an issue. I worked as a territory sales manager for 20 at several Fortune 100 companies so I KNOW what GREAT vs POOR looks like! Oh, and he KEPT my 83 yr old mom's "faulty" Samsung A series phone for HIMSELF, when we mentioned we'd like to "donate" the phone we purchased online that was having "update issues."
