Michael was extremely PREDATORY and a POOR listener…read more He was more interested in ADDING items to my bill, in additional to my NEW phone, than giving me what I needed and could use. "NO" to a Verizon Visa, "NO" to a watch, "yes" to the hotspot but not 100%, "NO" to a tablet. He WAS aware I had a Samsung G6 (USB) but let me out the door WITHOUT a USB-C so I could CHARGE my new Google Pixel. WHATEVER dude! When I decided to return the DSL hotspot box a week later, UNOPENED, he was curt and really couldn't be bothered with my return or the reason why it was unopened! This situ COULD be a MANAGER/management issue or lack of CUSTOMER SERVICE training but not sure. Regardless, this STORE has an issue. I worked as a territory sales manager for 20 at several Fortune 100 companies so I KNOW what GREAT vs POOR looks like! Oh, and he KEPT my 83 yr old mom's "faulty" Samsung A series phone for HIMSELF, when we mentioned we'd like to "donate" the phone we purchased online that was having "update issues." How UNPROFESSIONAL and probably against Verizon policy...but neither here nor there. My mom and I just wanted our new phones activated so we could get the heck out of there, ASAP!

So instead of repair, I bought a refurbished Samsung phone from them at a good price and its been working great. However, Samsung switched to Google RCS format without my consent. My phone became full of non-stop spam Trying to text and call out would take several minutes each time to do. I took the phone to Aaron at Mobile madness where where he fixed my phone and restored it back to its previous smooth and spam less operating system. He was very professional, and friendly, in solving this problem quickly. Thank you, Aaron

Dishonesty. I was told that a deal existed when in that…read morepresent reality, it did not. The manager (James) literally pretended to be reading from the list of promotions and told me that if I bought an SE with Next Up, I could trade in the phone after a month, pay a third of the value of the SE and have a 16 for free. He made it seem like a great deal, laughing and all happy for me. He was acting and lying, fully aware of his lie. Later, two reps in person and two on the phone told me he had in fact lied. I then had to pay $55 to return the SE (At and T on the phone did reimburse me). He also continued to lie, saying that he had not in fact lied. I have left my phone number for the district manager (linda) who has not bothered to call me back. This is a first for me in a phone store. When you go there, prepare yourself as if you are about to buy a used car. Do not trust what you hear. Research it, then make a decision.

I put my sim card from my old phone in and it worked. I went to Verizon to switch and was informed that it had a provider lock on MY new phone. How does a company that is a "bring your own phone, pay as you go" have the ability or the right to lock my phone? I had to pay Cricket for another month of service or lose my number and be left with a new phone that is locked. I have been on Cricket's chat line every day, they promise to call back and resolve but they never do. I think they owe me a new unlocked phone if they cannot unlock my new phone. I am less than satisfied with their lack of service or support. BEWARE!!!
