Hands down the best experience I've had at any AT&T location. Very nice looking and clean store. Walked in and had to wait, everyone was busy helping customers. We were acknowledged immediately - happy to wait! Sat down with Dillon and unlike the pervious AT&T store we were at (new PG location - terrible service) He took our old phone for credit with no questions asked. We bought a new iPhone and Dillon went above and beyond!!! He answered every question and had such an upbeat attitude! SO HAPPY with our visit here! WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!! read more

I went to trade in my phone. they didn't help me trade in my phone, they just ordered a new phone. they wouldn't help me when their system wouldnt take my card (idk maybe offer to use another payment kiosk) and when I went to my car to get another card they decided they would help someone else and I had to wait another 15 minutes. Now I'm at another store trying to actually trade in my phone like I told them multiple times. read more

How is this store worth 2 stars!!! It should be 0.1. We decided to add 3 phone to our account. The wonderful sales people told us they could get us a deal since my wife is a teacher. Their plan was to close our current account and then create a new account where my wife was the primary account holder. Everything sounded great! Satisfied customers! Simple right? Well the boys at ATT didn't close our account, so we were charged $349. We went in for a refund and they apologized and said a $349 credit would be added to our new account. Well a month later... no credit... we call to get it fixed and they tell us there is nothing we can do because we are "sales guys". So we will say good bye to the $349. Hope they enjoyed having us as customers because once this contract is up... good bye ATT. Worst customer service on the planet. If you meet Dom and James. Run! They only care about lining their pockets with cash. They will tell you anything to get a sale. read more

This store is awful. They pressured me into buying a new phone saying it would solve the issue I had. Which it didn't. Had to do a different option which would have worked before selling me the new phone. Also gave me some very wrong information before international travel which caused a lot of issues. The first time they convinced me to switch plans because it would save me $20/mo, in fact my bill increased by $40/mo and it was a hassle to switch it back. Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time!!! We've been an ATT customer for 10 yrs. We came into the store to get our mom a new IPhone...big mistake!!! They seemed annoyed that customers were in the store and said they didn't have any deals. I wasn't upset until after we left. I called customer service and they said they weren't sure why the store told us that. They immediately offered us $300 off the new IPhone with her trade in. I didn't feel like a valued customer after how I was treated in the store. We decided to switch carriers and came back the next day to unlock our paid off phones. (I was told that Verizon and T-Mobile don't lock their customers phones, just ATT does). The store manager was extremely rude!!! He told me to go online to unlock our phones ourselves. After explaining we weren't going home until after dinner, he finally agreed to help. He told me he requested both of our phones to be unlocked and it could take 1-3 business days for our phones to work. After leaving my husband's phone worked w/in hours. The next day I called to check on the status of my phone and found out he didn't even request my phone to be unlocked!!!! If you don't want to do your job and help customers, maybe find a new line of work. Ridiculous!!! read more

I visited this store today to add a new line to my account for my son. There were 2 people working and both were helping other customers. Neither employees acknowledged us as we came in. We stood around for a bit, checked out all the phones and iPads, watched some football on the tv there. Another customer was waiting longer than me and left without ever being helped. After about 25 minutes I went online, logged onto my att account, picked a phone and added the new line, with the phone to be shipped to my home for free. All in about 90 seconds. We then got up and left the store. Still not a word to us from either employee as we left. Lesson learned. Order online if possible. These employees majorly lack basic customer service skills. read more

Not happy or satisfied with the service at AT&T in AF, UT. My husband and I walked in to speak to a business account representative around 4pm yesterday. Someone went to see if he was in the back room and to have him come answer a simple question regarding our account. We waited for a few moments as the "messenger" came back out the door. She walked up to us and said, "Let me grab your name and number and our business account rep will just call you back when he has time. He is here in the back room, but he leaves soon." AKA - the business account rep is lazy and is not doing his job while clocked in. What sort of a loser hides in the back room until his shift is up so that he doesn't have to face a customer? Pathetic. Waste of my time. After not receiving a call, an email was sent to this "business professional" asking for details about canceling service, as AT&T is not able to provide even the most basic of customer service. A voicemail was then received stating that he could make time to talk around 4pm. I'm not even confident that he will call, because isn't that around the time that he gets off of work? Will he have time to pick up the phone today and face a customer? Terrible walk-in customer service. Terrible phone support. Terrible phone coverage/service. Had an appointment at this store today for 3:30. Arrived early. No one acknowledged our presence until 3:45. The disinterested worker tried to add me to the queue behind walk-ins; when I said I had an appointment, he told me I'd have to continue waiting until someone was available. Ten minutes later, the woman who "helped" me could not be less interested in doing so. We simply wanted to upgrade a phone. She had no clue how much any phone cost and gave us no help to find the right one for our needs. After we figured it out on our own and chose the phone we wanted, she said she would get the phone for us after she finished "helping" other customers. 5 more minutes...we finally gave up and left. This store is absolutely awful and cares zero about customer service. read more

Staff at this location was not kind or polite. I am 65yrs old and was instructed to visit this store by AT&T Corp. and their insurance co. Brandon, store staff informed me multiple times that everything I was requesting help with I could do by myself online. This was the first time I had a phone stolen and a new replacement phone mailed to me. I just needed some help and security questions answered. I wish I could give this location no stars. I visited today to get a new phone case and screen protector. The attendants helped a few people get phones signed up and I settled to wait. They did not speak or acknowledge me for a full 25 minutes. There were others waiting as well. I sat near the cash register until more workers came from the back, and helped no one before they returned. I finally just put my items back and left. Best Buy is right around the corner, and they helped quickly, the price for the same items was lower, and I got back to my day. read more

I've been to this AT&T store off and on for the past 3 yrs when I was due for an upgrade. Each time has been an unpleasant experience. At first it seemed good when they greet you at the door. But when you want help for the reason you go there for, it almost seems like they are trying to sell something for a commission sales, which could lead to poor service. I wanted to upgrade from my iPad to an iPhone 6 plus that was on the Next plan. I was told that AT&T won't upgrade an iPad to an iPhone. So I left and I called AT&T instead over the phone and was able to completed my upgrade with no problem. And the rep said that there shouldn't be any reason to not upgrade on the Next plan. After getting my iPhone 6 Plus (which I love), I was told by a rep on the phone that I could take the trade-in back to a store if I wanted instead of mailing it back, since I didn't have the iPad paid off on the Next plan. The rep also said that their nearest store to me was the AF store. I went to take back the iPad to the AF store and was told by a rep there that they won't take it because it was done online, meaning that the upgraded iPhone 6 plus was done through online instead of their store. So I just walked out. Over the years, each time I've dealt with the store, I've always left from there and called directly to AT&T, and they take care of anything I needed. I've always had great customer service over the phone, and have been with AT&T for over 10 yrs. My reception has always been better than my friends phones who are with other carriers. I've never had any good customer service at their local stores. Especially at AF. Even though it takes longer to get your upgrades or devices through the mail, it was worth it than to deal with horrible customer service at the AF store. If you want to experience it for yourself, go ahead. Maybe yours will be better than mine. I don't recommend going to the AF store. Good luck. read more

I purchased two sets of air pods right before Christmas. When purchasing them, I was told that I could return them if needed as long as they were unopened. I ended up needing to return the unopened air pods and went to do so today. I was told that there was a 15 day return policy and it was day 17 so I couldn't return them. I told them that I wasn't made aware of this policy, that the air pods were unopened, and it was literally only 2 days outside of this unknown return period. Their manager begrudgingly told me that the 15 day policy is indicated in fine print on the back of my receipt. They had zero sympathy and could care less. I will not go back to this store and strongly recommend against purchasing anything from them. read more

Went to that AT&T store the other day and the manager Chris was already helping someone but starting helping me at the same time, answered both of our questions while helping the other customer too and helped set up our phones promptly because we were in a hurry and I'll definitely be coming back to that AT&T when my husband upgrades his phone. read more

Everyone knows that AT&T has horrible customer service, I just didn't know until today that it was just as poor in person. After an hour of repeated dumb questions and inability to solve their own problems I am completely through with their service. The person helping me was very uneducated and I had to correct him many times. They also weren't friendly, never making conversation. Long Story Short: Go to Target/Best Buy/Walmart/Costco. You will get better customer service and phones at a cheaper price. And you wont have to deal with sales rep trying to get more commission Story Time: We were told by a sales rep that my wife could port over her phone number over from Verizon and then go to Target and get a phone there. Target is having a sale on the iPhone 5s for 1 penny plus the sales tax. So we go to Target and we find out that my wife has a 30 day hold on her line because we ported her number over from Verizon (She has had the same number for 9 years, friends that come home from missions still remember it because it has been the same since 7th grade). We call the customer service, they say we need to go back to the AT&T store and they can fix it for us there. We get to the store and find out that they cant fix it. We call customer service again and they sayd they cant fix it, but the manager can approve a price match for the target price. We speak to the manager. He cant do anything about it and made no attempt or offer to make is up to us, even when we asked for one. Managers there are just a punching bag for angry customers and glorified babysitters. You might be thinking: "why not just wait the 30 day period and go back to target" The reason why is because Target is trying to get rid of all the iPhone 5s/c because the 6 is out. Just yesterday they only had 3 iPhone 5s, 2 of which we had planned to buy, but couldnt. They also rotate their sales on phones every week, so in 30 days there might not even be a sale, or any more iphone 5s/c. So if you like AT&T as a service provider or you like the price at which you can get it at. Skip the store, and go to Target and you will be loads happier. read more

New AT&T customer here, signed up a few days ago and ordered the new iPhone. Ship dates are so far out I decided to cancel my order and get it through Best Buy instead so I could get it sooner. Apparently when I canceled my order it created issues and Best Buy couldn't process it. I went to this AT&T location to get it resolved. I was told that because I canceled my order I would now have to pay $300 deposits on my phones if I wanted to create a new order. The guy I spoke to also tried to say something about how my credit dictates whether I have to do a deposit, which I didn't have to do on my original order. I complained, told them I'm a new customer with outstanding credit, and they said tough luck. The guy I spoke to looked right at me and said "go ahead and let the frustration out, but there's nothing we can do for you. There's nothing anyone can do for you to waive the deposit". He told me as a new customer, first time ever using ATT that he couldn't help me, even after I told him I'd just leave and go to Verizon. He didn't care. He didn't even attempt to help me. Ridiculous customer service. Absolutely terrible. I called AT&T customer service after and explained everything, after which they canceled out my previous order and created a new one. All without charging me a $300 deposit. I thought the employee said no one could do anything for me?! Interesting. Even if you don't think you can do anything, good customer service is to show that you care and attempt to help, which he didn't do. If he looked into it he would have seen it's fixable. read more

TERRIBLE customer service! Wish I could give 0 stars! Went in with a working phone, only had a problem with recieving/sending texts so they said a simple sim card change could fix that. While changing my sim card they said it was snagged and starting shoving all sorts of things in my phone to unsnag the tray and in the process broke the tray so now the old sim card won't come out. So they just closed my phone up and handed it back and said we can't change it and it is no longer a working phone and there is nothing we can do for you! When I replied with "Um no I handed you a working phone, you broke it you need to fix it. I'm not leaving with a phone that I can't even use but am still paying for!" The manager replied "You can't prove that we broke it, so I can't do anything for you!" And sent me out the door with a now broken phone! read more

I am writing, because I believe its just as important to recognize good service as well as the bad. Today, I went to an AT&T store in American Fork, UT. I needed to get a charger for my phone. I was pleasantly & quickly greeted upon entering the establishment and had my name registered for an agent to assist me. I tried to explain I was just looking for a charger, and she expressed that she understood, but would like for me to have the best quality experience while in their establishment. She then pointed out to me what I was looking for. Within minutes, I was greeted by Kyle who proceeded to help me shop for my charger. It was nice to have a personal shopper with me. He also helped me find the color I wanted too. I was debating on whether or not to get a car charger and a wall charger w/ dual capacity charging ability (for my iphone and ipad). When Kyle noticed my hesitation, he asked what was keeping me from purchasing both today? I was honest and told him it was money. He called someone and came back with an offer to purchase both today, and I could get the sync cable for free. That was a bargain I was willing to accept. I explained that I had been a customer w/ AT&T since 1999, and their customer service is the reason I will continue to be w/ AT&T for many more years to come. This store is an absolute joke. I upgraded my phone from an IPhone 8 Plus to and IPhone 11 64gb on Saturday. When setting up my phone the salesman says oh I don't know what that is and just clicks ok and continues to watch YouTube videos. Come to find out the phone didn't work so back to the store I went on Sunday, also the store is 20 min each way. Went home thought everything was working fine with the phone. Monday comes and the phone yet again doesn't work. Called tech support thought it was fixed. Tuesday comes phone still doesn't work called tech support so overall on the phone with them for over 5 hours and tech support said they didn't know how to help anymore. Went back to the store Tuesday night was there for almost 2 hrs got it working again. Check my bill today and they put the wrong phone on my plan. Called the store again today and they said they would have to call back and haven't heard back yet.. overall this has been a horrible experience.. read more

Helpful and friendly staff. But apparently they are not responsible for mistakes they make on your account. That's what hours and several departments on the phone with AT & T will tell you. After being a customer of AT & T for countless years, they've reach a new low with the help of agents at this store. AT & T will acknowledge a mistake was made, 'we can see' and 'we understand' and then leave you to pay for it all. HORRIBLE service!! I have been a loyal ATT customer for over 15 years (why I don't know). Our smart phone had a cracked screen and they were no help at all, with replacement or purchasing of a new phone. The sales reps were rude and laughed as we walked out of the store. I also went into another ATT store in southern utah and received the same attitude and was told that I was not due for an upgrade and had to buy a new phone, which I agreed to do, but then they told me that I could NOT purchase a phone with out signing a 2 year contract, which they don't offer anymore. I was told I had to go to a pawn shop and buy a phone and they would activate it???? I called support to see what I could do as the phone was unusable and had not been used for almost two months. I was still charged full price. I went to Verizon and received a better package for $30.00 a month less. I called ATT and cancelled service on the 15th, but was told I had to pay the full charge thru the 26th, as I "cancelled service midway thru the billing cycle and there was nothing they could do". What a scam and a way to get money that is not owed to them. It is no wonder they are losing customers. I will NEVER recommend ATT and will tell everyone to stay far away from this company! I would give them a negative 10 if I could. read more
