I was than told to bring it to a USPS store myself? Something about a warehouse issue that has nothing to do with me but a buisness issue. Im sorry do you not have a delivery system that drops off and picks up boxes from your Verizon store? Get the communication right, customers should not be told one thing and than be directed another when you show up. If this has been happening for a while I would think a better solution would be just to take the dang devices and let it be taken when your delivery system comes? Wow I fix the issue. However thanks for the tape to seal my box.

The staff were friendly and prompt. I had a router that needed to be replaced, after I had gone through troubleshooting with the Verizon helpdesk for an hour. I will post a review for Verizon as a company in another post. This store did what they were supposed to, that is about all I can give for this review. My experience here was less painful than other Verizon stores I have visited before in the past.

The assistant manager WAS very knowledgeable and helpful BUT! Corporate/Micro-Management is a completely different issue. Not one chair for customers.... I stood for hours! Keep in mind I have had both hips completely replaced! When I brought this issue up with the assistant store manager, I was told UPPER management requested ALL chairs to be removed because it made the store look to cluttered/busy. ?!?! You would think a fresh coat of paint among with other thing's would be more of a upgrade, appeal. Thankfully, the assistant manager offered me HIS chair. SAD...VERY! SAD. If you are disabled.... I suggest bringing your own chair (if your willing) until UPPER MANAGEMENT follows mandatory protocol.

Everything was good until the third week after I bought the phone, now I have no internet unless I drive somewhere and park in their parking lot with Wi-Fi. I always had internet service at the house and when I drove out but now I do not. This was an H2O phone, and used the AT&t network. I guess I have to go to another carrier because this is ridiculous.
