I guess I have to go to another carrier because this is ridiculous.

He followed up diligently, even texting me updates to keep me informed until everything was resolved. Every time I've visited this store, Zayd has been the only employee present, which has led to long wait times and customers standing around waiting for help. This location needs better staffing--at least three employees should be scheduled at all times to maintain quality customer service.
