Wow!!!! Billy was truly amazing!!! Such a pleasure to do business at this AT&T store. The salesperson, Billy, really took his time to explain things to my dad (85 yrs) about his new phone. He helped us choose the right case. He was patient and affable. We actually were buying two phones - one for my stepmom, making her choices known via phone call. ***You couldn't hope for a more knowledgeable and also kind sales associate. Great great great read more

The new location across the street is nice. Spanish lady (a manager) extremely rude. Needed help with prepaid, people in the store have help me before and i had zero issues. But that specific manager kept reiterating "i don't know why they would send you here!" Funny... AT&T has no problem processing your card information to withdrawal funds. And very little information or help with returning them to you.. hopefully the manager that was there that day, will be more professional, helpful, and not so nasty in the future. read more

I would give a negative stars if I could had to put one there to submit The third trip to ATT store at this location. Went to get a new phone. Told 1st and second time they were out of the one we wanted. The 1 st guy was very helpful. Said the phone is coming in a few days. Come back. Every time we got a different guy. The third time the guy said so much things very unprofessional. Very very. Not a good sales man. Hopefully his boss knows how much money he is losing. He spoke mean to me. Other locations a lot better read more

I was looking at iPhones here before I actually purchased and the salespeople seemed absolutely clueless. About anything. If you want an AT&T phone, go elsewhere. I decided to buy direct from apple. read more

Brandon helped me add my dad to my existing plan, and convert his phone number from an aging track phone to a new flip phone. The process was time consuming, but he was VERY patient and got us on our way as fast as possible. The phone was even on sale. Awesome! read more

OK, now I'm looking for a new cell provider. In the 16 months I've used AT&T, this is what has happened: -- The AT&T store at Park City lied to me, said I could not keep my existing phone number. Everybody knows that's false, yet they tried to tell me that. -- The AT&T store on Lincoln Highway lied to me about the capabilities of the android I got there. I went back to the store after speaking to AT&T customer service, and this time the store was more truthful. But they still not helpful, and nothing was resolved. -- After switching to autopay, I began getting unwanted text messages. Not one or two. I get the first one 10 days before my bill is due. A second, identical one a couple of days before my bill is due. A third one saying my bill is being paid. And a fourth one congratulating me on saving money by using autopay. Every. Single. Month. I spoke to AT&T customer service four times about this and not only did I get no result, but things actually got worse. They insisted I needed to update my terms of service so they could work on this for me. I finally relented and updated. Now, I get even more unwanted text messages. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, which was a complete waste of time. Somebody from AT&T responded, reiterating that all those text messages were necessary and they were not changing their position at all. The complaint was closed, unresolved. This is autopay. I do nothing, they do nothing, it gets paid. Why all the text messages? It clutters up my phone with texts I don't want, don't need. Since AT&T refuses to act, I am shopping for a different provider. Their signal is not the best, at home or on the road. I have been researching coverage and will move to a carrier with more consistent coverage. read more

I woke yesterday with a dead smart phone. Thing wouldn't charge. Having fought wars with other carriers in the past, I prepared for a battle royale with the manager. When I met James at the door I was immediately at ease. He actually listened and I didn't just see dollar signs behind his eyes. He tested my phone and then walked me next door to the ATT Service Center. James explained my problem and asked the staff there (independent company from the sales team) to do what they could. On leaving James said told me if I didn't get what I needed to come back to him for help. Jen and her coworker at the service center immediately tested the phone and agreed it was dead. Even though it had just run out of warranty, they replaced it. They were kind and very helpful. ATT may be a big company, but it continually proves to me that there are good people working there. Thank you Lancaster ATT store! read more

I would give it ZERO stars if I could. My phone needed a new sim card (the phone even told me it needed a new one...), it had been having issues for over three weeks. I get to the store and there are 4 male service reps there playing on their phones. Gabe, one of the reps, comes over to help me. I tell him what is going on and that all I need is a new sim card. The manager was standing near us and just kept looking up from his phone every few minutes. Gabe turns the phone on and off and tosses it on the table toward me and says 'Your good to go!'. I told him no, this issue keeps happening and turning the phone on and off is what I have been doing everyday for the last few weeks (which I had told him that when I first got there), and I would like a new sim card. He raises his voice and says 'ma'am do we have a problem?' I said yes, I came in for a sim card and your not listening. Can you do the sim card or not?. It took 15 minutes for him to get a new sim card and my screen is cracked from him tossing the phone on the table. Awesome, now I get to spend more money on this phone read more

I just went to ATT on Lincoln Hwy looking to get at least 3 phones. The 5 sales people that were there all seemed clueless and disinterested in helping us. I was very disappointed in their customer service. We left and will take our business elsewhere read more

This is where I used to take care of all my AT&T business. Husband and I had been 8 year users of AT&T with no issues until Dec 5, 2009. We went in for an upgrade to an Iphone and walked out with nothing except bad feelings. I'll never go back to this location again. They had something different in the computer that what we were told and when we questioned it and tried to get an answer as to why, we were told "it's what the computer said and if you have any other questions call customer service". Two weeks later and issue was still not solved to my satisfaction from AT&T customer service. Iphone isn't worth the aggravation that AT&T caused me. read more

With so many other stores, not to mention online access do not waste your time with this store. If yelp would let me give negative stars I would have. The staff and managers do absolutely nothing to help, they do not return email or phone calls. Their customer service skills are seriously lacking, there is no follow-up. They put forth no effort at all and they were extremely disrespectful. For five months I was reaching out to them to help with a problem that originated because of someone at their store failed to do their job (that someone suddenly left ATT) All they did was ALLEGEDLY pass it on to someone and nothing ever got resolved. They did not return my phone calls, they did not answer my emails. Don't get me wrong, at first they said they would help and then NOTHING. I was fortunate to find someone elsewhere and my issue got resolved within 5 MINUTES but I dealt with this aggravation for five months. The person that eventually resolved my issue also stated that the Lincoln Highway Lancaster ATT store could have most certainly helped me which is why I am writing this review. The Lancaster Highway did NOT want to be bothered. Save yourself the aggravation because this Lancaster store is terrible. They do not want to help, they do not follow thru. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Walked in there and asked to get my phone number transferred. Everything went downhill after I left. Two phones not working and no call or data available. Called AT&T customer service to have them help and even the lady on the phone mentioned how badly this person in the store messed up. I seriously think I was better off going somewhere else. I wasted more time than anything and got nothing accomplished in the store to end up being on the phone with AT&T for over an hour. Thanks a lot... read more

Andreas who claims to be the manager is a LIAR!. AT&T should be aware of how he treats customers, he is a disgrace to his company and knows nothing about customer service. DO NOT BUY DIGITAL LIFE! we trusted them and purchased this worthless product and they never showed up to install it, No one knew what was going on and they do not list any phone numbers you can call for help. In the store we were very clearly told the boxes will be shipped to our house and we are not allowed to open them. After the 3rd time they did not show up at the scheduled time we decided to cancel (not to mention we missed 3 days of work) We then brought the equipment in and when the box was opened it did not have any information to return it. We were so shocked at how a large company operates We left all of the equipment with Andreas to help us with the problem caused by AT&T DIGITAL LIFE. We paid James Yoder $620. and returned to Andreas and he lied to us and also to his supervisors about what took place. We herad his description of what took place as we were on the line as a AT&T representative called him today to finally try to get this resolved. Thankfully this event at there store is part on video and many photos. We cannot wait to put it on youtube and expose Andreas as a Liar. AT&T should be ashamed if they condone this unbelievably bad behavior and total lack of respect for their customers read more

Terrible! Be Ware!!!! My Mother who is 78 went into their store to get a flip phone and came out with Direct TV, ATT Home Phone, a Hot Spot and an Android and a $400 dollar charge withdrawn from her checking account which was not expected. the only thing that will work at her house is the TV. I am here to say James Yoder the store manager knowingly sold her all these products, only caring about sales, to a person from the southern end to has poor reception. I could go on and on. Can't stress enough how dangerous this whole situation is for an elderly person who could fall and not be able to get a call out!!!!!! Att can keep all the money that have charged her to date. We only want out of the contract with no charges. Their service is not working literally. Two bars on the home phone, have to dial three times to even get a call out. Hot spot continually spinning looking for reception burning up data. Cell Phone 1 bar. Called the store on behalf of my mother last Friday spoke to Asst store manager of the day. Was to call back Monday. No return call. SHAME on YOU!!! James Yoder not returning my Mother calls!!!! I See you are a christian, none of this was the Christian thing to do. read more
