This review is pertinent to the T Mobile store that took over the Sprint Store. Let me start with…read morethe positive. The two young men in the store were friendly. I think they genuinely weren't bad guys. This is where the positive ends. Their appearance and deportment was very sloppy. At one point, the one kid actually admitted that he has an AT&T cell phone plan! This was the most awkward consumer experience I have had in a long time. My son has always had Motorola phones and so naturally, he asked about them. When asked about their Motorola phones, neither clerk had a clue. I think earthworms could have told me more. They brought the phones out and started reading the backs of the boxes to each other....at the same time. They literally accomplished nothing. At first, I though the one young man was training the other, but it soon became evident, neither party had a clue! They had no idea how many gb of storage either phone had. They had no clue what kind of camera the phone had. They had no clue about any of the features. They could not tell me the difference between the two Motorola phones they had brought from the back. They didn't even know if either phone was part of the "free phone with new contract" special. I was trying to set my son up on a new cell plan to replace my Verizon plan and they couldn't give my son any information on the two Motorola phones we were looking at. My son and I went online using my cell phone and we tried to figure out the differences between these two Motorola phones. WE literally started schooling the clerks on the differences between the two phones. Finally, we hesitantly picked a phone and set out trying to set up our account. Something got entered incorrectly and after fifteen minutes of "setting up our account", they clicked "send" and it screwed up the whole system. So, we started over with all the same information. I dragged my drivers license out of my wallet again. Back through it all we went. We got to the end, only to find out, the system wouldn't accept my info because it was already entered, albeit incorrectly. So, neither clerk knew what to do. The next step was to call a manager. Instead of using the business line, the clerk uses his cell phone. Manager couldn't help these two imbeciles behind the counter. So they call someone else, I still don't know to this moment who they called. Clerk hands me his cell phone and says, "They need your social security number". This person with a thick middle eastern accent gets on the phone. I can hardly understand him. No introduction. No explanation. Just "halo". What is your social security? I ask who I'm talking to. No answer. I ask a second time. Can't understand half of what the guy says to me. Now I'm holding this clerk's greasy cell phone. Like I want his sweat stained cell phone and who knows what else smeared on it, next to my ear. I hung up on the middle eastern guy I couldn't understand and I left the store. The lack of product knowledge and lack of professionalism was palpable. I still don't have a plan or phone for my son. I'm going to try the Ephrata T Mobile store tomorrow. Hopefully they can help me. If they can't, I'm done with T Mobile! Their merger with Sprint may not have proved positive after all. This is literally an hour of my life I will never get back...ever!

This store is so sad, the reps are all young and have no idea how to help. No customer service…read moreskills what so ever. Management the manager is a joke his response is call customer service so the store messes up and they refuse to help. They tell you one thing in order to get you to upgrade or add lines but when you get your bill it's something different. They lie to you about pricing and once you sign up there is no way of changing it. I would not recommend anyone go to this store they lie in order to get commissions all they want is a sale and lie to get it. They are rude and have no customer service skills. Save yourself go to Ephrata or Lancaster worth the trip in order to get good service and truth no tricks

That was back in 2000. Since then, I've gone thru many individual upgrades of av receivers, dvd recorder/players, even projectors, etc and now, in my 80's, its time for them to come back out and make sense of what I did to their beautiful system. Hope they'll agree to do so, what with new technologies like 4K and region 2 dvd capabilities, I need them to make my new components 'talk' to one another. Looking forward to watching a great system become reborn!

While looking for new speakers, I realized I'd never left a review for several prior purchases I'd…read moremade at Stereo Barn. After consulting with my local High-End Audio Store, I wasn't happy with my Customer Experience, and their complete lack of flexibility on $30,000.00 plus components purchase. I discovered Stereo Barn was not only an Authorized Dealer of the top brands, but could also handle repairs to audio gear that usually needs a return trip to the Manufacturer. After an in-depth consultation, I had some components sent for repair, came to an agreement on a trade-in and ordered several new units. My new equipment was delivered, unpacked and set up. The delivery was a 5-Star experience by a super-friendly Gentleman who took his time, answered every question, and even fixed an annoying issue I was living with, that I couldn't figure out on my own. He then took the almost 100 pounds of packing material and pallet with him. My new system is FLAWLESS, my repaired unit works like new, and the value I received left me with a huge smile. I could not be any more satisfied with my experience here. Repairs/ Trade-ins/ New Equipment, and delivery & setup are THE BEST!!

I interacted with Nick who was amazing. Nick immediately understood my issue and made this a quick one-stop support experience. Nick communicates fluently and utilizes his vast knowledge and resources to solve issues with purchased products and various manufacturers' unique electronics operations. Nick advised me of the exact settings on my TV to smoothly conform to the soundbar's requirements. In the end, his valuable information made the task-at-hand easy. Nick fully exceeded my expectations. Now, I can appreciate the equipment and my decision to purchase through World Wide Stereo.

I've been shopping with World Wide Stereo for close to 20 years…read more I've purchased a number of speakers, amplifiers, receivers, TVs, and whatever else you can put in your house. I even got my car stereo installed and a remote car start Everyone there is super helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me get a modest set of speakers from Bowers And Wilkins many years ago that fit my budget then and helped me pick up a much bigger better set when my budget increased as well. I also dipped my toe into my first McIntosh home audio piece after having one of their amps in my car. I really am a fan of two channel audio and vinyl records. They have a person dedicated to tuning your new turntable or putting life in to your old turntable. They also offer more than just stereos. They were the first place that I went to when I wanted to get a smart home. They're able to not only install all the fancy equipment, but they also know how to program it. It wonderful to be able to use your voice to turn on the lights and the music to set the tone for your evening. Their Install department is top-notch and the best in the area in my humble opinion.
