My visa was swiped two time , once for 209 and again for 155. The 209 transaction was complete and transfer to their account, while the 155 sitting on their computer waiting for them to return or process the transaction ; either way their scamming and jamming customers account by not accepting nor returning money to customers. Leaving customer with no money , no item , no explanation and better then that no receipt. I find it disgraceful, unbelievable and would advise anyone who doesn't want to be scammed and stuck with a month with of excuses not to shop at this location ever in LIFE. I wish they had a -5 stars because they don't deserve a 1star. One employee even stated on indeed.com review that it's the worst JOB they EVER had. The manager steal with her husband and disrespectful to her employee. DO NOT WORK HERE , it there exact work and I believe ever bit of their claim because it literally happen to me. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PAWNSHOP. I never found review useful until now , WISH I WOULD OF READ SOME of the BAD REVIEWS before I decide shopping here

We had them diagnose and then repair a gaming PC. While it took a bit longer than anticipated,…read morethey communicated with us to let us know why and how much longer. The reason for the five star review is that they fixed the problem, honored their estimate and were LITERALLY 50% cheaper than their competition.

On Tuesday, 1/17/17, after running a number of diagnostics on my wife's MacBook, I concluded that…read morethe hard drive was shot. It wasn't the end of the world since we're meticulous about backing up our data. Nonetheless, I needed to have the hard drive replaced. I was going to take it to the Apple Store, but the reviews I read about their charges encouraged me to find another option. Unfortunately, in the Lancaster, PA area there aren't a whole lot of options for Mac computer repairs. Then, I remembered that one of my sons took his iMac to have a hard drive replaced at Pham Computers and was entirely satisfied. So, I contacted them and they said yes they would replace the hard drive in my MacBook even though they're primarily a PC shop. So, I stopped by on Wednesday to drop of the laptop and spoke to Zach who was very helpful. Much to my pleasant surprise, I was contacted later that day and they told me that the drive was replaced and as (gratis) bonus they would image the data on my old hard drive and copy it to the new drive potentially saving me some time in doing a TimeMachine restore. I received a call the following day to say they were successful in saving all of my data and that the computer was ready for pick up -- WOW, A 24 HR. TURNAROUND!! My wife went there to pay later that day and was astonished at how inexpensive the repair was. I was too. What a great tip to take it there. Thanks Pham Computers!

The employees are attentive, even occasionally holding the door open for ya when you pull into the lot, and are quite knowledgeable about all the products, even if they don't have some of them in stock. If you have questions, don't hesitate to ask, and if you need help choosing a new phone/tablet or charger, they'll get you squared away and keep to your budget. My most recent trip took me there after a turbo charger I bought for my Motorola Turbo 2 broke after only a month and a half. All I had to do was mention my problem and the employee, Kyle, pulled up the purchase date, found me the same charger in house, and sent me on my way with an entirely new charger and cord. There was no hassle, no nothing, just a quick interaction and me leaving with a soon-to-be charged phone

Entrance is a little tricky to get too so park on the side near the card store and walk around to the front of the building. Upon entering we were greeted with a HUGE selection of games, everything from NES to current Xbox, PS5 and Switch. Even had some cabinet games you could try out. Behind the counter they had some harder to find titles and some tables between rows was like a mini nerd yard sale with figures, books, crafts, etc. Husband picked up a gunpla model kit from 1980s, I got pokemon pinball for my game boy and some DS games I had been looking for. Price wise was about what I expected for what I got, seemed about middle of the road. On the left side of the building is a DVD section and fairly expansive comic book selection. Husband looked over what they had but nothing really stood out, we mostly came for the retro games. Guy behind the counter was super helpful and friendly, answering any questions we had about their stock and condition of the games. If we're in the area I plan on stopping back in and seeing what new stock they have on hand.

UPDATE, I did manage to get the X2 Customer Service to provide the correct size battery (27M)…read more This issue of not having a 100Ah Li-ion battery in the 27M size was finally corrected with a 125Ah. I had to convince them that the physical size was just as important as the capacity. Batteries Plus tried there best to accommodate me and always listened to my complaints, but they just couldn't get through to the X2 manufacturer. I finally did and they sent me a new battery. I returned the 24M to the store unused. Original post: Just to warn any prospective buyers, I had an issue with an X2 Marine Lithium Battery, size 27M, the warranty replacement was a 24M, same AH rating. They can't comprehend and seem not to care about the physical size difference since the electrical specs are the same and they "no longer" produce a battery in the 27M size, 100 AH. I made my case to " X2 customer service", but they won't provide a size 27M battery. Now, I have to "shim" the battery, or replace two battery trays, since I still have one size 27M battery. So, if you buy a expensive battery from these people, be advised, you may not get the same physical size replacement.
