The store was very neat, especially considering it was the end of a very busy Saturday at Outlets. Usually by that time of day, everything is half-folded and in the wrong spot, the dressing rooms are trashed, and the staff has just had enough. Not the case here. The displays were very orderly and the staff was super helpful. And with a couple coupons (be sure to get a booklet from the Tanger Customer Service office!) my brother got a new winter work coat and two really nice sweaters for just $120!

There was a family who brought their dog in - I love dogs - I have a dog so I'm not anti dog but I do not appreciate people disobeying rules and bringing dogs in that are not service dogs. What was even more awful about this interaction was the family it was like 4 grown adults all crowded onto the bench I was using and put their dog on the bench behind me ! Like directly behind me. I don't know if their dog is reactive they don't know if I'm allergic- it was utterly rude and I would have appreciated the staff stepping in to say something. The people laughed and apologized but as I got up to walk around in my shoes my stuff clearly still on the bench, they completely took over the entire bench and I had to yank my stuff away. I didn't look at anything else in the store I immediately wanted to leave. The line was long we got there at store opening and there was a mad rush of people to get in. I did walk away with two pairs of shoes which was the goal. I was asked about my account I wasn't sure what my brothers info was for his and the employee didn't press for any more info , not telling me if there was any benefit to linking my account. He placed the receipt on top of the boxes in the bag which blew away when I walked out because the boxes were sticking out. Overall, not my favorite experience. Like the Disney Stores of shopping malls prior, they have towers of stuffed animals perfectly placed, mug walls that all but make you want to redo your whole mug cabinet collection, racks upon racks of discount clothing, and just oodles of fun around every corner and on every shelf. Shopping in a Disney store is unique because every customer is happy! You are transported to the happiest store on earth and just enjoy yourself. The shop is large with plenty of play areas for kids. My own kids spent hours here and didn't want to leave. We have so many toys. And I'm not one to buy any more since I feel like my kids just have too many! But I couldn't help but get a few things here since the inventory is just so unique. They have such great educational toys and things I've never seen before in any other store. One toy in particular that stood out was a marble maze constructed of large blocks that was manufactured in Germany. The quality is high and the service is helpful. We all walked away just having the best time here.

After 1 min. or less of testing the owner lady came and snatched the tricycle away. She did not say a word, just came and took it right out of my daughter's arms. I was super offended.
