This Tanger is located Route 30 (East or West) on Lincoln Highway. This Tanger Outlets in Lancaster, PA is not a huge outlet mall, as noted accurately by fellow Yelper Dave L. There are high-end stores as Brooks Brothers, Movado, Kate Spade, Ann Taylor. Tanger is equipped with parking, and restroom facilities. Facilities are relatively clean. The store directory is obscured but my party walked to circle the grounds. There is also a printed store directory for grabs. Again, upon exiting the car the air had a high functioning stench of horse manure to heaven! The noisome odor emanating from the nearby unseen horse stables made it difficult for my party to enjoy the shopping experience, amid the dangerous excessive heat wave of Independence Day 2026 holiday weekend. We were among the Amish in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.

The parking lot can get very crowded and it's hard to walk between all the stores because of the layout, though you definitely could it would just take a long time. The selection in the stores was decent and service was fine, I wouldn't say it's just a pretty typical outlet mall experience.

I ended my visit with purchasing one item - women's corduroy pants straight leg in magenta color for a steal at $15.00 which was originally $74.99 (80% markdown discount). Pennsylvania no sales tax on clothing also added to my intense joy for travel. At least I have corduroy pants ready, willing and able for the upcoming winter season which I achieved a goal. Upon entering my party were welcomingly greeted in Pennsylvanian hospitality and informed of any sales. I rate this Talbots three stars due to the lack of sizes available. I understand that this Talbots is an outlet center which prices are greatly reduced since it is one or two seasons past, but I was very despondent with the lack of size options. My weight has swelled and my size has become a plaguing problem. Some of the clothing also lacked style. My party did find one clothing item with the assistance of a sales associate "this is the very last one in this petite size." Talbots provides free brown paper bags and thankfully, does not practice the frivolous 2023 plastic bag ban passed by Lancaster County.

Probably the better experience I've ever had at a kate spade outlet…read more The associates were available and friendly and answered any questions we had. We interacted lot with a newer employee who was so sweet. The displays were clean and well labeled . They had a lot of variety in bags and a good selection of jewelry. When we were buying the bags the, I'm assuming manager, went to the back to pull new stock for us instead of giving us the bags on the floor - which was very nice. The outlets have ample parking and handicap spots right outside of the store. In addition to good prices they had some good deals including special offers on hand bag charms and jewelry.

I was also browsing, but not with immense desideratum to purchase a small and fashionable women's shoulder bag. I exited this store after walking without purpose or meaning. I did received a red card, an early onslaught for a brief fleeting time, but I voluntarily ejected and choose not to make a return visit. I did triumph over Kate Spade with dignity for my exit. This store is fairly gargantuan size retail space. It is well maintained, clean and very brightly lighted. Customer service is average.

Every other retail that I've worked in the manager was always there organizing and cleaning the stores with their employees and jumps on register, this one is just plain lazy always sitting in the office. They…read morehave some really cute clothing, but beware it's more the quality of Rainbow and not high quality at all, but if you want a cute outfit reasonably priced this is your go to. Now why am I giving this Gabe's the 2 star treatment? My daughter goes to the bathroom within the first 5 minutes of us being there and comes out distressed. Why might you ask, because apparently the bathroom was a disaster! She said there was feces smeared on one toilet and when she entered the handicap stall she immediately slipped in a puddle of urine! Why in heck was this bathroom sooooo filthy?!?! Of course our shopping experience was over before it really started. My daughter grabbed and outfit off the rack she could change into and we proceed to the line where the manger was ringing people. My daughter explained what had happened and the manager appeared to be very apologetic and said she couldn't give her the outfit for free, but did discount it. Honestly, in this case it should have been free. One outfit is far less expensive then a lawsuit. What if that had been an elderly person? Or what if she had been seriously hurt? I get the feeling that they are short staff because as I said the manger was ringing up customers. Corporate there's a problem in this store. Fix it before you loose more customers. I definitely won't be back to this Gabe's.
