I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an extremely inappropriate and concerning interaction I experienced at an AT&T store involving one of your employees. During my visit, I attempted to resolve an issue calmly and respectfully about fraudulent activity on our account. Unfortunately, communication between myself and the employee was not productive, and I informed her that I no longer wanted her assistance since we could not come to a resolution. After I stated this, the employee became visibly upset and escalated the situation instead of de-escalating it professionally. She later stated that the only reason I didn't want her help is because I anted to speak a man. I repeatedly asked to be left alone and I no longer needed her assistance. The employee continued to rage bate, curse, and try to fight me. One of the employees had to literally pushed her to the back of the store to get her to stop yelling so he could assist me. while demanding me 'get out of my store' and that she was calling the police.....ummm no. Yes, I did yell back at her for being so rude! The employee's behavior was unacceptable and made me feel unsafe and disrespected. She became aggressive, appeared to try to provoke a physical confrontation, and recorded me inside the store without my consent while mocking me. Most concerning, the employee directed a racial slur toward me during the interaction, which I found deeply offensive and discriminatory. I believe this conduct violates AT&T's standards for professionalism, customer service, and nondiscrimination. No customer should be subjected to intimidation, harassment, or racist language while seeking assistance. I respectfully request that this incident be investigated thoroughly, including review of any available store surveillance footage and employee conduct records. I would also appreciate follow-up regarding the outcome of the investigation and any corrective action taken. Please confirm receipt of this complaint. I will say, the employees have to be just as patient as we have to be. After all that I had dealt with, I left and was satisfied. I walked in to this store, it was quiet with 3 employees each helping someone , each of the employees looked up at me then back down at what they were doing. I stood patiently waiting for about 5 minutes when another lady walked in...same thing-no acknowledgment. We're both waiting, and additional 5 minutes later an asian lady walked in. The female employee looked up at the new arrival and said to her "welcome, have a seat and we'll be with you in a moment." I just smiled and shook my head, continued to wait. Finally one of them finished with their customer and asked who was first. I said hello and asked if they had the new iphone model in? He said no, and I left. Terrible customer service. This store has the worst customer service and support. I came in to shop around and maybe transfer my service. I was with them less than 24 hours and I managed to have $130 worth of taxes and fees stolen. No clear communication amongst the employees and company. The representative that was assigned to me completely botched my port over transfer and failed to set up a code which led me on a three day wild goose chase for refunds and proper care. As soon as he realized I was not there to buy anything but to check on my old att account, he was trying to figure out a way to send my to a different location and not answer any of my questions. So my 2wire router has been acting up, it has been crashing ever couple of hours and needs to be rebooted. Well it finally gave out. We tried calling customer service but it's a freaking joke. You get put on hold for over and hour and still nothing. I decided to come to the physical location since it's right next door to 2 of my favorite restaurants (kolache factory and smashburger). So I came into the store holding my broken router. First thing they told me is they have NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT, at any of their physical locations. They all have to addressed via phone. That's a load of junk! Anyways, they have the routers in store, but only for sale. Since I did have the old one for almost 3 years now I was OK with buying a new one, it would technically upgrading to a new model anyways. But the price was 100 bucks! Eh at least my internet is back up. read more

Extremely patient and answered all questions honestly? Check. Waited while we made multiple phone calls to figure out billing addresses, shifting phone numbers, etc.? Check. Waived our activation fees? Check. Took care of our corporate discount? Check. Offered for us to bring our phone backs so he could complete all the activation steps and transfer our phone numbers? This ATT location has never let me down. The staff are great, especially Jaime, Jon Ross, and Kelly. They will really go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your service. They even remember who their customers are. I have had the pleasure of referring many people to this AT&T store. It's one of the best locations for customer service for a wireless/internet service provider (who even knew that combination was possible?). Anyway, if you need to set up service or are thinking about getting wireless, I highly recommend this location above others because the service is there. read more

Came on a Tuesday to get my husband (first time to say that in a review... eck!) a new cell phone since he destroys his phones. Oh that poor blackberry never had a chance. We walked in and instantly were helped. We had to add Josh to my plan, remove my international fees from our honeymoon to the Bahamas and get Josh an new phone and add in a data plan. We were able to do half of these things because they were out of the phone that Josh wanted. But our worker was very helpful ans was going to get us a free car charger if they had had the phone because of how many years we have had accounts with AT&T. They also have info on U-verse and directv. They also have tons of over priced accessories for your phone that you can find much cheaper on amazon no matter what they say. Use their phones with internet to check prices of the exact accessory if you want to be sure. The most annoying thing was that they didn't have the phone Josh wanted even thought it is very heavily advertised. They did call the store down the street and have them hold one for us. But of course I would rather only go to one store. I would suggest to call and see if they have the phone you want. But no matter what AT&T store you go to to do anything schedule an hour of your time at least. You will never get out faster. read more

My mother and I came to this store because her phone was acting nuts. We arrived around 6:45. Our names were added to a digital list and we were shortly seen there after. The young lady helping us had no idea what was wrong with my mom's phone but she tried everything she could to fix it. She didn't get anywhere with it. She even used Google to help her. The manager came over to assist my mom as well and he couldn't figure out what was wrong. He changed out her Sim card and tried switching her sim card into another phone but nothing was working. By this time I am OVER being in this store for what felt like forever. Around 7:30 I make a call to AT&T customer service line while still in the store. I eventually did a hard reset on my mom's phone and that fixed the problem. By the time we left out the store it was almost 9pm. The employees there never rushed us even though we were the only customers left in the store and they were trying to close. We didn't leave until the problem was fixed. I appreciate the team work they put into trying to fix my mom's phone. Not once did anyone seem annoyed. I think I was the only one. Important fact: If you need troubleshooting done on your phone by a technician then save yourself a drive and go to the Kirby location. They do not have technicians at this location to work on your phone. read more

Though AT&T is obviously a huge company whose stores I go to only when I am forced into it by needing something, I had a particularly good experience today with Tiffany Beck(s?) and Saul. They were both very knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. They went way out of their way to help me and were extremely patient with my questions. Talking with them made paying all that money much more bearable. :-) 4 stars for the fact that it is still AT&T, no matter how nice the employees are. I just contacted ATT and spoke with an awesome customer service representative, Kyle. I'm in desperate need of a phone upgrade and currently have an old iphone. I'm torn between a new iphone or switching to a Samsung Galaxy. Although Kyle did not sway me either way, he did however provide me with a detailed list highlighting each phone's features. Bought a phone at this AT&T store yesterday only to be told they could not transfer date from old phone to new--AFTER we had made the purchase! Have previously bought phones at Best Buy where there has never been a problem transferring data! Took the new phone to Best Buy and was told they could have transferred data had we bought the phone there--of course. Geek Squad can do it for $99.99. Got a survey from AT&T today and answered it honestly--that I would never buy from there again--they CALLED me to tell me it was MY fault! I gave him an earful! Was in town with my mother at MD Anderson when my phone started dying for good. We were trying to get out of town on one of the few last flights back to the FL Panhandle before Hurricane Michael hit. We needed to secure our homes, pets, make arrangements for my elderly, ill father and perhaps prepare to evacuate back out of the area. Needless to say, I was overwhelmed and upset. The two staff members working at the store -- a man and a woman -- we super helpful and kind. The man quickly sold me a phone and helped me move my contacts over before the phone lost power. Prior to that I was back and forth online and on the phone for 50 minutes. This is an awful experience and I have to say the website is not user friendly. I just had the worst experience trying to order u-verse internet threw at&t, want t tell my story so that maybe avoid someone else going threw this frastation...my husband say's he's sick of all the commericals and wants netflik, so i say hey at&t is advertising u-verse internetfor 19.95 so i call at&t oh guess what in our area it's not 19.95 but 29.95 (bait an switch) ok whatever place the order got my credit card info ao i think all is well....get a call back rom at&t their computer froze up before they prossed all info so they have to recredit my card which took 7 days then i have to call back reorder and im having them send the modem to my husbands barber shop where i'll take it home and install myself, so another wk goes by and get a text that they will have somene out tomorrow to install u-verse at my husbands barber shop, so i call at&t im confuse not haveing u-verse at shop but home, so again call at&t get this very understanding young lady think we r getting some where in correcting this mess when she and i get diconnected and i get yet another person and have to tell my story all over again.....sooo im really pissed ask for superviser am told one we call me back u know that didnt happen.....so call the nex day and told them im done i am so done that i my switch my phone service as well!!!! called clearwire and will have my internet and my husband will have his netflik....thank u clearwire great job, and special thethanks to guy who helped me with clearwire he knows who he is read more

Worst AT&T store ever. I do not write reviews, but I have to point several things out this time. Definitely need manager's or owner's attention. Employees need to be trained to understand what is customer service. Went to the store at 2:00 p.m. on December 26, 2014, and a young lady helped me sign up and put me on the waiting list. She is very nice. About 20 mins later, my name was gone from the TV screen which shows all waiting guests, so I waited about another 5 mins, and decided to ask her again how long do I have to wait ? She did realize my name was gone from the list and had to put me in again. I did notice, there were five employees chatting behind the counter and without offer any help to others while I was waiting in the store. Later on, a hispanic guy showed up without even greeting, whereas I did say hello sir. He seems very impatience and not willing to help me at all, only told me he could lost his job by check an account, and stared me with impatient looking. I completely understand he could not help me during my case that I am not an authorized user of the account I was trying to check for my friend who is currently traveling aboard with issues not been able to use her phone. He did not show any customer service at all and turned around after stared me and went back to his colleagues to enjoy his chat, not even greeted or asking anything else he could do for me. During the holiday season, if he does not want to help his customer, he should go home instead of creating me an unacceptable experience. Do not understand why he is there and only provide its customers' unhappy experience. One star is because of the lady who helped me sign up. Very unhappy and disappointed, will never come back again. read more
