I just have spent one a half hours on hold with at and t - they have been charging me for Firtstnet as a First Responder, home tech protector, protect advantage, and upgrade anytime without my consent. The amount of $1704 is due in refund to me. They offered $258 in refund. They refused initially to let me speak to a supervisor and then told me to go into a store to speak to a manager when I requested a case number and to have their settlement offer in writing. I am writing this post so other first responders will not be taken advantage of. This plan offers no benefits in a natural disaster such as a forest fire, hurricane, tornado, etc when cel phone towers are destroyed. DO NOT be fooled. If I could leave zero stars, I would. I just got off the phone with Michael, the manager of this T-Mobile location, regarding a major fraud case that originated at his store. Instead of showing concern or accountability, Michael spent the entire call arguing with me, accusing me of "just making allegations," and ultimately refused to help. He even admitted he has access to the fraud team--but still refused to contact them. Here's what happened: In September 2023, a representative under Michael's leadership (identified as "Johnny Perez" or "J. Perez") falsely marked an iPhone 14 Pro as returned without my knowledge or consent. That fraudulent action gave my ex-husband unauthorized access to my T-Mobile account, which he used to add lines, charge devices, and lock me out of my own account multiple times. I've now suffered over $4,000 in losses, and despite filing formal complaints and speaking with over 100 T-Mobile representatives, nothing has been resolved. This store is where the fraud began--and today, its management showed me exactly why nothing has been fixed. T-Mobile's internal systems, customer support structure, and store-level accountability are broken. Avoid this location and T-Mobile as a whole at all costs. This is an awful awful service. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. We are in the process of switching from Sprint to AT&T (very long story of being screwed over for weeks by T-mobile/Sprint). To top it all off -- T-Mobile/Sprint terminated my phone line without unlocking my phone. So now I cannot switch to AT&T. Now I'm left without a working phone and was told I would have to pay to reactivate it - despite the mistake being on their end. I'm in the middle of a family emergency and was told it will be 48 hours before they will unlock it. This company will very willing put you through hell. read more

The location is in a good area. However, the parking is terrible. There's two designated parking spots for T-Mobile customers. The rest of the parking belongs to the other businesses in the strip center. There is no formal check in system, per se. for example, I walked in and there wasn't anyone to greet me or get any information of why I was there to basically "check me in" until the next available representative. I was just curious on how they kept track of the customers who came in. I saw that being a huge issue. But luckily, the customers were respectful and kept true to their order. I later inquired about the check in system and the representative told me that the manager keeps a list and write the people down as they come in. My representative was awesome. He was very engaging and knew his stuff. I really appreciated the conversation as we was waiting for my iPhone 8 Plus to sync. This is a very unprofessional and inelegant establishment. My friend went in to change carriers and the phone stopped working immediately after. Could not make calls or text messages. The manager Jimal and the female employee working were very aggressive. When I expressed discontent- Jimal the manager began yelling at me and my friend. The female employee began to try to say I was being rude just because myself did not want to buy a plan. She knew nothing about the plans. Instead of troubleshooting he said my friend needed to buy more storage and a new phone. I said why if it worked fine with other carrier. Jamal said he could switch back to his previous carrier. He had 14 days to make this decision and said oh well. He said we had negative energy and did not help troubleshoot at all. Just suggested to buy more products. Worst customer service ever. Will not return to this store ever. Never will pick T-Mobile if customer service has disrespectful employees. Worried for my friend and his now non- working phone. Waste of more than hour at this place! Staff at this T-Mobile store are great. They are all friendly and helpful, also very patient. Sumair helped me this time when my boyfriend and I went to get my new LG G3. I made a switch from iPhone, and contact transfer was little tricky. He stayed with us even after the store hours to set up everything, and made sure that I could get all the transfer completed. I also have to mentioned that I went to the store not thinking about anything but getting iPhone. But with their knowledge and encouragement, I could decide to switch... Now I love it! I've been with T-mobile since 2007 and am pretty much happy with the service, plans and customer service. However, when I upgraded my android to an iphone, I literally had the phone for hours before I was having issues with an error message about "no sim" after the OS updated. I wanted to check out some accessories for my new phone so I just decided to go to a storefront to get the issue resolved. When I got there I spoke to a rep who was the manager of the store at the time. He looks at the phone, turns it off then turns it back on and still the same issues, then he takes a little device around his neck and pulls out the sim on the side. On the tip of the sim holder was just a tad bit of white powder or dust. So the rep says "oh that's the problem, the phone has water damage". So I ask him how did he come to that conclusion. He says "because this white powder is an indication of water damage. So I tell him well if thats the case I need a new phone because I had not been around any water what so ever. He then told me that I would have to pay out of pocket for a new one. I mean the phone came around 5p via UPS and then sat on my desk the rest of the night because I couldn't use it after I unboxed and updated the OS. I was at T-moblie at 10a the next morning. Even though I explained that to him he still insisted on placing the blame on me for water damage. So I left the store without the problem being resolved and had to call tech support only to find out that the sim car itself was the problem. Turns out it's a common problem. So I went up to the store again, go a new sim and haven't had any problems. I'm happy with my new phone, especially after waiting years for tmobile to carry the iphone. read more

I just bought a iPhone 6S yesterday and had wonderful customer service by a young man named Mufasa. He even went out to my car to help me connect the car to the phone via Bluetooth . Another customer service representative took the time to place that plastic covering over the front of my phone, which is hard to do without creating bubbles. I think I was in the store at least an hour getting help setting up the phone with Facebook, email, and transferring all my contacts to my new phone. Great experience. I took my Galaxy S5 to T-Mobile on South Main today around noontime. I was greeted promptly by Sam, and after explaining my difficulties with Google Maps and slow speeds, he gave me some options, which included more data without paying more money. Over the next 20 or so minutes, Sam helped me pare down my unneeded apps, reinstall Google Maps, and offered a couple suggestions on getting better connection speeds. Just a great job, as I didn't want to buy a new phone until 5G is solid, or be embarrassed by asking my friends' teenagers to help me. read more

Usually I walk into a TM store and they always ask if I need help, busy or not, but I've been here three times...and all times were fine. Last time, the rep. stayed around in my sight to help in need of anything, enough rep. to help around, all customers were being assisted. My son went around like crazy trying to play w/ everything, but everyone seemed cool. Service is fine. What I don't like is that most phones, more of the expensive ones don't seem to be on like several other stores...I come there to look and test. Its hard to get an idea if I can't test it out. Awful customer service. I walked in, all 4 reps saw me, not a single one spoke, including the manager. I tried to get someone's attention to see if I had to sign in somewhere so I wouldn't be skipped in line, just kept getting ignored. When I finally got called up, the process (for a refund was not a pleasant one) but whatever, the whole time I'm at the counter, I hear the other reps and manager greet everyone else that walked through the door, no lie, it bothered me. All that time there and they stated they weren't even sure if they would be able to process my refund, to give it at least 3 business days just for a response. read more
