I recently moved to Grand Junction and my Samsung Note phone crashed. Being from the Denver area I…read morejust assumed the T-Mobile store would be open until 9:00 PM. Needless to say I walked in around 7:50 and then realized they closed at 8:00. The associate, Iris Gutierrez, was alone and I'm sure she was looking forward to closing in 10 minutes. However she could tell my desperation and proceeded to do a hard factory reset on the phone knowing it would keep her past the 8:00 closing. She was so patient and kind and helped me reset my gmail and several other apps. The 5 star rating I'm giving isn't neccesseraly for T-Mobile but for Iris. T-Mobile should be very happy that they have such an exceptional employee and I would have loved to tell them but NO where on their website allows for compliments or critiscism so I have taken to yelp! Bottom line , T-Mobile I could take or leave but as far Iris is concerned, she is a jewell in a more than not world of retail associate apathy.

WARNING: I drove 65 miles to have the battery in my Samsung Galaxy S23 replaced at this location…read more Before leaving my phone, I photographed its condition. After the repair, the back cover was not seated properly, adhesive was visible around the edges, and all four corners of the frame had new cosmetic damage that was not present before the repair. I contacted the company and later spoke with the general manager. During that conversation, he repeatedly stated that I would receive a full refund by the close of business that Friday and that a refund receipt would be emailed to me. No refund or confirmation email was received. After contacting the NJ corporate office, a pending refund was issued. Today that pending refund was canceled. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue before posting a review. Based on my experience with the repair quality and the failure to follow through on the promised resolution, I cannot recommend this location.

I highly recommend Phone Medic on North Avenue in GJ for your cell phone & tablet repairs!…read more On the day I was there, Mitch was amazing. He worked solo for the several hours I was around & although things were really hopping, he was always polite, professional, and proficient. He replaced the screens on both of my iPhones, and did the written assessment required by my cell phone insurance company for one. (If only the insurance claim were settled as quickly as the phone was fixed, right?!) Mitch patiently answered several phone inquiries because T-Mobile service was inexplicably down for several hours. He patiently and thoroughly answered questions from Phone Medic customers, both over the phone and in person. He helped me find the phone cases I wanted and even upsold me on the bulletproof screen protectors which were on sale at BOGO 1/2 off. (This was kinda something as I am not normally able or willing to pay retail prices.) More recently I returned to Phone Medic twice - once to have the screen protector replaced and a second time to have the screen of an old iPad replaced. (Yeah, I drop stuff.) Great, friendly service both times. Very happy with their service!

Spectrum's robo-operator is pretty dumb: I wanted to exchange my router, and it told me to "turn it off and on again." Why four stars? One employee at this store was truly wonderful. Dana was very friendly and got me in and out very quickly with no headache. The new router and modem literally quadrupled the throughput of my WiFi signal. I wish that everyone could have the experience I had; I had to walk in just as they opened their doors on a Sunday to get helped so quickly. It was such a relief to not have to wait, I had to call it out. Thank you, Dana!

If you're looking to set up a contract for a phone, it's definitely worth it to go here. I also recently messed up and accidentally dropped my phone into a hot tub. I was extremely worried because it wouldn't turn on and wouldn't respond to anything I did to it. When I brought the phone in to them, I'm sure they could feel my anxiety emanating from me. But Isaiah, the sales rep who helped me, was very kind, and reassured me that it was a problem that was fixable, and helped to relieve a lot of my stress. With the brief time I've been with the people at the GoWireless store, I can confidently say that they are a fantastic staff who really care that your phone-buying experience is a good one.
