    I took my iPhone in on 5/02/25 with it overheating and short charge issues. Even though the battery…read moreshowed 91%, they recommended that I replace the battery. They told me that a low battery could cause these issues and that you can't always trust what your battery reading says in Settings. I agreed and paid the $108 (with cash discount) for the new battery, which by the way was NOT an Apple battery. Forward fast 2 weeks later and issues weren't getting better. I returned to the store to exchange the battery , but was told that they didn't have any in stock and it would take two hours to get one in. So, I simply asked, "Well wouldn't it be easier and faster for me to go to the Mesa Mall location?" They said, "Well, we'll have to call them again to see if anyone is available to do repairs." All I could think was, "That makes no sense because that's exactly what their sign says.".......... I then went to the Mall location to exchange the battery. They said it would be an hour. Ok, but it took them 90 minutes. I showed up after the hour had passed. The two men working helped other customers while I was waiting for my phone. I spent 30 minutes in the store waiting for them simply to put everything back together (which literally took all of 15-20 seconds). So, why did I have to wait an extra 30 minutes?........who really knows. Still experienced the same issues. Took it to GJ Tech Repair. He looked at the interior of the phone. Guess what?!!!? IT WAS NEVER A BATTERY ISSUE. The mother board was starting to go.......HMMMMM. Now I'm out the $108 spent on a battery that was never needed and a lot of wasted time as well. Of course, there's no refund available for this, just a 30 exchange option. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THESE GUYS. Someone could have taken some time to inspect this phone, but they didn't. They blamed it on the battery without even considering some other issue. NOT IMPRESSED AND VERY ANGRY THAT I WASTED GOOD MONEY ON THIS RIDICULOUS EFFORT. I will share this experience with all of my friends and family. Thank you Phone Medic for an unnecessary and expensive lesson.

Couldn't reach whoever he called. I asked about a refund of my $30 deposit and he said they keep $10 for a cancellation fee. Feel very ripped off and mad.

He commented on my attitude shortly after my husband and I sat down. He asked my name and phone #, then proceeded to tell me that there were no deals attached to my account. I told him he was wrong, that I had just done a trade in deal at a different store and had our new phones sent to us. We were directed to drop our trade-ins at any AT&T store. He was very upset that I told him his business. Berated me for questioning his preformance and ability and then proceeded to speak over me to my husband and call me 'her' instead of using my name, which he knew from asking me and looking at my account. He then called me 'her' 3 additional times. He was dismissive, threatening and clearly preturbed that I wasn't giddy with excitement at his 'customer service'. Here's the thing. He doesn't know me or my situation. I admit I wasn't jovial, but my mood isn't any of his business. His job is to provide me with amazing customer service and not judge my attitude. I have been with AT&T since 1998 and I have never considered leaving AT&T until today. I have been into to stores close to a hundred times, (I have 5 phones lines on my account) and this is the first time I have had to deal with a rude associate. I will obiviously never go to this particular store again. Be warned...if you arn't smiling... the rude, chauvinistic, mean, salesperson, Leo will not enhance your ATT experience...he will make you want to go to T-MOBILE!

    In August of this year, I visited an AT&T store in Grand Junction, CO, to set up four new lines…read more While assisting me, the representative suggested I also consider switching my home internet to AT&T's new 5G Wireless service, claiming it would be just as good as my current provider. I was assured that I could try the service risk-free for a week, and if I wasn't satisfied, I could return the equipment without being charged. Shortly after receiving the equipment in the mail, I installed it and ran a speed test to compare it to my existing internet. The results were disappointing--the speed was not even half of what I was currently getting. I immediately packed up the AT&T equipment and sent it back the next day. Since my bill was on autopay, I assumed that returning the equipment would resolve everything. However, I later discovered that AT&T continued to charge me monthly even though they received the equipment--something a representative confirmed on the phone today (12/16/2024). When I asked for a refund, they told me I needed to have officially canceled the service either by phone or through the website, in addition to returning the equipment. To make matters worse, they claimed they could only issue a refund if I provided the UPS return receipt, despite already confirming they had received the equipment. They insisted this was company policy and that nothing could be done without it. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating. I expected better customer service and accountability from AT&T. As a result, I'm taking my business elsewhere, and I hope AT&T reconsiders policies like this that only serve to drive customers away.
