I bought 2 I phone 14 pros. 2400.00 then I bought screen and camera protectors for a couple hundred more dollars with a life time warranty. After a couple of months the screen protector and camera protector was broken. So I sent in pictures and emails to zag and the other 3rd party for replacement. To no avail. So I returned to the store , they laughed right out loud to my face. So if you get a phone here don't say you haven't been warned about their integrity in this store. read more

The customer service this morning at the 6 and 50 location in Grand Junction CO was the worst we have experienced. My son spent over $1K on a new iPhone, needed to activate it and he was treated very rudely. My son was already an account manager on our account but VZW had spelled his last name wrong in their own system. The store told him to call me because I needed to call VZW to make him an authorized account user and never even told him what number I should call to complete the task. I do not recommend doing any business with this store and the little jerk who waited on my son should be fired. read more

We went in to to store and were given the pitch that we would have $800 credit for trading in our iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. So we each purchased new phones and an I Pad. Weeks later we received emails telling us our phones did not qualify for the full credit. They were both in perfect condition, 3 years old. Do not believe what you are told in the store. They are out to sell, THEN after the company has you, you are at their mercy to refuse to issue you the full credit promised in the store. read more

Definitely the BEST store to go to when you're needing any sort of phone service with Verizon. I just upgraded my phone on Mother's Day and Zayne, the gentleman that helped me was great! He was very knowledgeable, really kind & didn't put any sort "sales" vibe out there. The last time we were there was maybe a year ago to get an early upgrade on my husbands phone since it broke. I believe the gentleman's name that helped us that time was Matt. He too was just an amazing person to do business with. Any time we need anything for our phones, we'll gladly drive from Montrose to them because they're just fantastic people to deal with! read more

The service is garbage, the wait time is horrendous, and their equipment is crap. I've had to return Multiple different pieces of equipment like chargers and speakers because they almost always fail. I'm getting real sick of 25 minute wait times every time I go in there. I'm currently sitting here waiting for service, I was told 15 minutes, its been 25 and I keep watching the employees texting on their phones and chatting instead of helping customers waiting. read more

What a joke. You can't do anything at the store. They won't hold up to what they said. Call the customer hotline and they are super nice and take care of everything then come to pick up devices and another extremely rude person comes out that just says well ummmm maybe ummmm idk ummmm I don't think we can do that. An entire day wasted again for horrible service from people that know absolutely nothing. I went into this store about a week ago and talk with Matt MacDonald. He was helpful and showed us the phones that we were going to be on sale on black Friday. Black Friday comes and I am the 3rd person in line. They let us in I go to Matt, he is helping who I am guessing is someone with an appointment. He says that it will be just a few minutes. Not a big deal. He finishes up and comes to us and explains that it will just be a few more minutes he has to help a coworker. Not a big deal. Well next thing we know it is an hour and 30 minutes later and I over hear that all the IphoneX are sold out and we still have not been helped. I then go to the manager Paul and explain that I was the 3rd person in line was waiting on Matt (because they work on a commission scale) but I'm over waiting and would like to be put on the list. He says in a snotty tone, sure will. Well 30 minutes go by still nothing, so my mother who is on my plan goes to the lady at the front and re explains everything. She tells her Oh I am glad you said something, I will get you on the list. So this means that Paul the store manager didn't do anything! While my mother is talking to the lady, Paul walks by I ask him "what is the word ?" He responds in an even snottier tone, "When someone frees up they will help you." My mother then comes back and tells me that Paul didn't even put us on the list. By this time I am fuming and very agitated. Thankfully Shane Armantrout came to our rescue. Very helpful answered all our questions and helped us get our new phones, and apologized. Unfortunately this experience sucked!!!!! After the first 10 minutes of Matt helping the 2nd customer he should have taken the time and found us someone else to help us. Instead of putting us on the back burn and basically forcing us to not get iPhones!!! Paul the store manager didn't even do anything even tho he knew the whole situation. As we left both Matt and Paul wouldn't even look at us. Horrible experience! Would not recommend either Matt or Paul! If I could give a negative I would! read more

Worst customer experience ever! Rushed through the purchase process by an incompetent sales rep. He had no answers for my questions and no real product information. He did not offer any of the promotions, totalling 150$. Changed my plan with out telling me, costing me an additional overage charge (dropped me from unlimited data to 2 gb) only found out this happened when i got the bill. He told me to just sign his stupid tablet without letting me read what i was signing. He also filled out the customer review sheet himself right in front of me without asking my opinions. When i called into file a complaint i got "well hes new" when i later went in to trade in my old phone (the 100 dollar promotion not offered to me when i purchased my new phone) i was told they didnt offer that anymore and all they could offer me was 12 dollars. Very unimpressed with this store and how they treat their customers. read more
