He worked solo for the several hours I was around & although things were really hopping, he was always polite, professional, and proficient. He replaced the screens on both of my iPhones, and did the written assessment required by my cell phone insurance company for one. (If only the insurance claim were settled as quickly as the phone was fixed, right?!) Mitch patiently answered several phone inquiries because T-Mobile service was inexplicably down for several hours. He patiently and thoroughly answered questions from Phone Medic customers, both over the phone and in person. He helped me find the phone cases I wanted and even upsold me on the bulletproof screen protectors which were on sale at BOGO 1/2 off. (This was kinda something as I am not normally able or willing to pay retail prices.) More recently I returned to Phone Medic twice - once to have the screen protector replaced and a second time to have the screen of an old iPad replaced. (Yeah, I drop stuff.) And they then refused to acknowledge they made a mistake by the guy when I brought in the phone and would not give me my phone unless I paid The inflated price I never agreed too. Complete scam with bait and switch told me one price and refused to give him my phone unless I paid them more. The police will be notified.

They cleaned it off, checked my battery and confirmed it was in good shape, then added a red sealant to reduce the chance of corrosion again! And best of all- they did all this for free! 10/10!
