The two guys there were really nice and informative about everything. My phone looks brand new! That same day I went to Phone medic to get a case and a screen protector and the big guy there was rude and not very helpful at all.

A gentleman named Dave assisted me with great enthusiasm, humor, knowledge and patience. First he pointed out that the charger was broken (I hadn't noticed) and sold me a new one at a very reasonable price. He and his coworkers then tested the flashlight battery to confirm it was holding a charge. The other gentlemen who worked there had impressive beards and demeanors...very pleasant and helpful. You can strum a stringed instrument with your thumb... but you will not get the tone desired!! I asked the gentleman if I could use a pick on the instrument, he said no! I told him it was not the correct way to play the instrument , without a pick ! He quickly replied "I do it all the time!" What a smart ass! I understand his side of the coin!! As a store owner, he doesn't want a bunch of kids and yahoos coming in and scratching up instruments! I understand 100%! But, I really was interested in the mandolin and wanted to buy it!! Since he would not let me use a pick and correctly try out the mandolin.. I had to walk away! That was $1000 sale he missed out on! I would not recommend anyone going here unless they're interested in a cheap guitar and dealing with a smart ass! I still do not know what the tone of the mandolin truly sounded like!!
