I called a few places that came up when I searched for someone to repair my chair. A spring broke underneath the seat. I brought it into Redlands Upholstery. The lady up front was very pleasant and had a technician come look at it. He explained clearly what he needed to do to fix it. I was asked to leave it with them and they would work on it as soon as possible. A week later they called me and it was fixed. The price was very reasonable and the work looked good. I will definitely use them again for any future work I may need. read more

I was very dissatisfied with the service and ended up taking my upholstery job elsewhere. It took 9 days and 3 follow up phone calls to get a quote on my job. I was quoted a "current" price on my fabric and was then charged a higher price when the fabric arrived. Their paperwork and follow up is lacking so when you try to discuss any discrepancies, there isn't a paper trail. I found other upholstery shops in Grand Junction that provided excellent service and high quality work at a fraction of the cost. The one positive is that their fabric selection is very good. read more

My antique table had years of gouges and marks from kids working on school projects. When I called Redlands, Dan came out and looked at it the next business day, gave us a very fair quote, and took it to the shop. Not only did he restore the table top, but he expanded the leaf and added sides to it to match the existing table undersides. Not only do I have a beautifully restored table, but it is 9 inches longer! Thank you for a very professional and timely job! read more

I've used them twice. The first time was to repair a leather couch cushion that my dog had eaten. It was a large repair and they repaired it so that I could use the cushion again and it was pretty much not even noticeable. The second time was to cover some seat cushions in my motor home. They decided on their own to do a better job than the one that we had originally agreed to, but did not charge me one extra penny. Great people. Great, conscientious, quality work. read more
