The lady up front was very pleasant and had a technician come look at it. He explained clearly what he needed to do to fix it. I was asked to leave it with them and they would work on it as soon as possible. A week later they called me and it was fixed. The price was very reasonable and the work looked good. I'm 74 and disabled and am physically unable to flip my couch. They then requested a picture of the seat which I sent them. I haven't heard back from them. I called again and still haven't received a phone call. If they don't do that kind of repair, that's fine. But, to completely blow me off is unprofessional, rude and shows a gross lack of class. Do they NOT want my business? How hard is it to spend 30 seconds to make a phone call to say they don't do that type of repair? I don't care if they're the best furniture repair facility in the state, to act like this does not reflect well on them and their business ethics.
