ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE…read more I am not one to complain EVER or EVER post a review I spoke with mellisa when she came over and did the inspection we went over everything I wanted done as far as DEEP CLEANING goes the day she cleaned my house I noticed nothing was done when I got home and started looking around for instance kitchen floor wasn't clean at all fridge wasn't clean baseboards were so dusty and dirty still etc. I reached out to her on text and explained to her my concerns on the deep clean she didn't do and expressed my concerns about what wasn't done in the house and she did offer to come fix it unfortunately I had no time before the party I was hosting this weekend and this is the main reason I wanted this deep clean before the party I was having. I walked around the house and found more areas of concern that were not touched I showed her the proof on the photos and that's when she started to criticizing my home and the way I'm living completely insulting me and slandering my business. Regardless of the state of my home weather it was filthy the criticism and unprofessionalism was completely unnecessary and I'm posting to warn other people in the valley

They did come back the next day to re-clean at no charge, which I appreciated, but the final result still felt underwhelming for a move-out clean. I was also billed a higher hourly rate than originally quoted, which was only corrected after I pointed it out. Friendly people, but quality control, attention to specific requests, and billing accuracy are concerns.
