With this information she provided a quote and we set up an appointment to have her start cleaning our home. After her first cleaning we were eager to have her return and set up appointments to have her return every other week. Monique was great to work with every step of the way and did a great job cleaning. I called her in a panic trying to find someone to help my brother clean up following a renovation that was down to the wire, and she was flexible and responsive and drove all the way to Delta to clean his house. She was willing to make arrangements with me even though I'm out of state and coordinating with my brother. She arrived while renovations were wrapping up and (again) was willing to be flexible and work around the crew. She did an amazing job cleaning up a very dusty post-reno mess, and even scraped paint splatters off of the bamboo floors to make sure they looked perfect for the house to be listed. This was my first time having a professional clean my house. I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. After talking with Carmen before the appointment she really put me at ease. I asked if I should clean before she comes (silly question, I know) and she told me DO NOT CLEAN, that's what I'm there for! Carmen gave me little check ins throughout the morning and was upfront with the cost and what to expect. I walked in after work yesterday and my house was spotless. She even washed my bathroom rugs and they look brand new! My problem areas that we talked about were completely taken care of and she went above and beyond, even moving my furniture and cleaning under my couches. I was extremely disappointed in the service I received from this company. Less than half of the job was done and Monique stole my cleaning list and said she threw it away. More than half of the all day job wasn't completed as prescribed on a list I gave her from the beginning. She doesn't provide a 110% guarantee. I asked her to finish the job and she told me that she did more than I paid for and didn't return. She left the job multiple times during the day without finishing the work. She is a mess. You will be disappointed if you hire this company. read more
