If user error is trying to turn on your pellet stove I guess I'm guilty. The company made promises that they didn't keep. They said they made multiple visits. Some were for another pellet stove, I would not purchase anything and would warn anyone to really get your fax. They told me that my stove was an entry-level stove and that my shop was unfinished, though it is insulated I had a cheap pellet stove That would heat the place better than my new machine anybody who doesn't stand behind their promises or what they do should not have a high rating in business.
