This is the strangest thing:…read more I've used Advanced Window Cleaning for years and always found them to be punctual, skilled, knowledgeable, trustworthy, safe, quick and thorough, so I really appreciated their service. I was a repeat customer of theirs over the last 5 years or so. I always paid them in full the same day they performed their services. I used them for our own house and also at rental properties. Eventually I started using some of the other services they started offering, like cleaning glass shower doors and rain gutters. I never considered using another company until September 21, 2026, when I booked an appointment with them to clean a clogged rain gutter at our own residence. As usual, they sent me confirmations of the appointment via email and text, giving me an arrival window of between 11:00 a.m. and noon. Then, when the day of the appointment came, I waited hours and hours, and they never showed up! That has never happened before. I called, texted and emailed them many times since then, asking what happened and if everything is okay, and have gotten to response at all. Zero. Zilch. Nothing. They totally ghosted me. It's like they've completely disappeared. I really appreciated Advanced Window Cleaning and the services they offered. They were my go-to company for windows and more, but this experience with them changed my calculation and sadly now I think I'm going to have to find a new company. Very strange.
