Valerie and James were amazing to work with, and after explaining my issues, they promptly came out by appointment, assessed my problems, removed my two blinds, and took them back to their shop. They said there installer was on vacation for 2 months after I purchased the flooring so instead of waiting I hired a different installer. Because I did that is the reason they said they would not refund my money. On top of that, they ordered too much for my backsplash. Again, they would not return my money or take back the extra product which was very expensive. However, they didn't return the excess back to either so I could sell it myself, after I took it to their warehouse. Do NOT use these people. They will rip you off and smile while they do it.
