All the way from Jana on the client services side who was meeting me on the weekends to help look at granite slabs, finishes, etc - literally meeting me on Memorial Day--talk about going the extra mile! She won my business by being friendly, turning bids around in a speedy manner and walking me thru the process of getting new countertops. Then the owner, Robert, also came to our house to check over things, make recommendations, etc. Today, Dino and his crew (9 people!) came to install a VERY large island! They took their time, in talking thru the process of how best to bring the material in. And then made sure the installation was flawless! The entire crew was friendly, professional and you can tell take great pride in their work. While I don't plan on needing countertops for a long time- I highly recommend using this company!!!
