Nice pleasant to work with. No charge to diagnose what was wrong with my iPad. No pressure to buy anything. Will use again if needed.

The owner Roger is conscientious and goes out of his way to help you. He called around to other service companies when he did not have the part to repair my phone to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately, he had to place an overnight order for the replacement part on my cell phone. He even provided me with a loaner phone to minimize the disruption of my business. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of phone or notepad repair. read more

This shop is a pick-up location for Wish orders. I was being well served by the lady behind the counter. However, a guy came up from the back. He insisted that I was told that Wish pick-up hours were 3-7 only. I told him nobody said anything. He insisted it was on the receipt I got and on his website. I told him the receipt only had an address, and he insisted it was on the website (which, by the way, one does not have to go to in order to pick up a Wish order). I left in a huff. After calming down in my car for a bit, I opened up the email. There is NOTHING on the email that limits pick-up hours, so I entered the building again. I said, "As a business owner, you need to be aware that your customers are not receiving the information you are holding us to." I showed him the email. His response was that the hours not being there are Wish's fault, and Wish displayed the hours on the website. Instead of treating me like a customer, he continued to insist that he was correct, so I said "go to hell" and left. Upon getting home, I went to the Wish website and ordered something. Sure enough, WISH SAYS NOTHING about this guy's pick-up hours. He berated a customer even when he was shown his facts were false. As a result, I will never step foot in this store again. A pity, really, because it looked like a mom-and-pop shop that could use all the business it could get. However, I will not do business with LIARS! read more

History

Established in 2015.

All my parts are covered by a lifetime warranty for manufacture defects. We also allow for mail in repairs! After completing my bachelors in business management I decided to put it and working with my hands to good use. After many months of thought and research I decided on repairing mobile devices.

Meet the Business Owner: Roger C.

I have been working with my hands from a very young age. From working on cars to doing hand made crochet or needle work projects. Fixing and creating things has always been a passion. Now I am able to take that passion and apply it towards helping those around me keep what they are passionate about in good working order. Whether that is their iPod or iPad or anything in between.

Copy shops only work on high end office machines. One repair shop told me it wasn't worth while to repair printers as they were priced to be disposable. Having spent over $800 for a very nice printer, I didn't want to just dispose of it. Shawn at Colorado Monumental Computer Solutions was happy to come out and work on my printer. He arrived on time, he was pleasant and professional. He carefully diagnosed the problem. Sadly, he didn't have the part that was needed to complete the repair as it is a dealer only part. He was able to point me in the right direction to get the part. Once it was here, it was easy to install. As an IT professional, I can't say enough good things about Shawn and recommend him highly.
