After the repair, the back cover was not seated properly, adhesive was visible around the edges, and all four corners of the frame had new cosmetic damage that was not present before the repair. I contacted the company and later spoke with the general manager. During that conversation, he repeatedly stated that I would receive a full refund by the close of business that Friday and that a refund receipt would be emailed to me. No refund or confirmation email was received. After contacting the NJ corporate office, a pending refund was issued. Today that pending refund was canceled. I gave the company an opportunity to resolve the issue before posting a review. Based on my experience with the repair quality and the failure to follow through on the promised resolution, I cannot recommend this location.

They cleaned it off, checked my battery and confirmed it was in good shape, then added a red sealant to reduce the chance of corrosion again! And best of all- they did all this for free! 10/10! Having spent over $800 for a very nice printer, I didn't want to just dispose of it. Shawn at Colorado Monumental Computer Solutions was happy to come out and work on my printer. He arrived on time, he was pleasant and professional. He carefully diagnosed the problem. Sadly, he didn't have the part that was needed to complete the repair as it is a dealer only part.
