We were wary at first. The malls in our area have either closed or are bare bones, but we decided to visit anyway, and we were so glad we did. The best part was it brought back memories of being a kid and a teenager. There was a lot of kids hanging with their friends which was really cool. Also a lot of fun shops, like a CD/record shop, a claw game shop, candy stores and more. There was also an awesome food court with an AW restaurant. Good wholesome fun! The world needs more of this. Hopefully, the new trend is to bring the malls back!!!!

I took it in the next day to have it sized, fused and to have that diamond replaced. we had to wait a month and a half to get it back. when my husband picked it up, it was not fused as requested. 2 hours after wearing it, another diamond fell out. so we have to take it back yet again after wearing it a total of 3 hours since Mother's Day in hopes they fuse it this time and replace yet another diamond. I'm almost scared to get it back and wear it again in fear that another diamond will fall out within and hour or two of wearing it. that and we have to wait another month and a half. Will i only get to wear it for an hour every month and a half. we are very disappointed in the quality of their fine jewelry, customer care and overall experience. my husband said he will never buy another piece of jewelry form JCPenny again. they haven't even reached out to us on this matter. we encourage others to shop elsewhere for your fine jewelry if you actually want to wear it in its entirety. otherwise you will just be able to look at or wear it for an hour every month and a half.

The salon staff literally went through like 15-20 steps to ring up two items for me. Their time would be better spent doing hair. We bought two items on sale and the wrong price rung up. In order to make the correction a manager was called at home. JC Penney is losing market share and they need to look at their systems.

A side seam near the pocket in front was simply never sewn. I found the exact same pair and they would only give me a $19 gift card because I took too long to return them. They didn't even consider the fact they were defective. So frustrating because I didn't see the split in seam until the day I needed to wear to a work event. And now a $35 pair of pants cost me $50!! I feel they should have dealt with the manufacturer, not me. Very disappointed in their idea of customer service.

These so called managers have no business working for this wonderful company it's literally…read moredisgusting that they hired females like these two. Upon walking in these two were both sitting down gossiping not greeting any customers I thought they were customers until I saw one of them ring up a customer. They both looked annoyed that there were people in there shopping. I asked for a fitting room. She never said if you need anything let me know nope all she did was open the door and leave no smile nothing. I needed a smaller size and sent my daughter to look for it. Since she couldn't find it she went to ask the cashier for help. She refused to help my daughter she ignored her completely. While I was in the fitting room I heard the cashier whining about people wanting the doors open to try on things. When I got out my daughter told me what happened. I walked up to the register and she refused to acknowledge me standing there and kept gossiping with the African American woman. I said I'm ready to ring out they both smirked at each other while the girl in green rolled her eyes and got up as slow as she possibly could. When she got up to the register I asked her if she had a problem doing her job and she just smirked at me. They both refused to give me their names after I confronted her about how they treated my daughter. They said they didn't need to and that by them being managers they could do whatever they wanted. It's no wonder they have no people in there actually spending money! You need to get rid of these two! The African woman was claiming she was the hiring manager has no business working there dressed the way she does. Wearing crocs to work?! They clearly don't dress to represent this beautiful company!
