They would check on my at the fitting room and make adjustments based on what I tried and liked, and didn't like! They were so amazingly patient and so helpful, that I actually found jeans that fit, that look good, and that are comfortable!!! I am willing to pay more for jeans just for tue customer service experience. The general manager himself helped me out and it is obvious he is teaching his employees to do the same! In less than three months there was a hole near one of the seams. We just happened to be at the mall so I went in to see IF they had a policy (wasn't demanding a refund or exchange...didn't even have the jeans with me) regarding their clothing. The manager instantly went on the defensive staying the they "don't guarantee anything, for all she knows my daughter could have worn those jeans every other day." Even if that was the case, that means that the jeans wore out in a month and a half. She proceeded to tell me that she wouldn't give me any further information on what they may or may not do until I brought the jeans in for them to look at. Needless to say I won't be back and have found that two other stores in that mall sell that brand of jeans and have a much better guarantee on their merchandise.

This year Jen didn't work there anymore so I went with the new groomer and I will not go back again. First she forgot I called back to change my appointment, then she kept my cat for close to 3 hours, then I got my cat home only to find out she forgot to shave one of his legs so I took him back and she took my cat out of his cage and slapped him down on the table like a piece of meat and quickly shaved his leg. Then my cat didn't get the hair blown off of him so he was full of clumps of hair and so was his cage. I was very disappointed and sad for my cat and wishing I knew where Jen was.
