Normally a cat who loves to be held & cuddled, brushing is not his thing! So 2 - 3 times a year he goes to see Sara. Getting him into the carrier, he starts screaming, and it continues on the short drive to Chow Down Pet Supplies. Every customer is alerted to his arrival. Once in Sara's room, he calms down. Milo loves her! I help to hold legs as she shaves and combs him. Returning home, nails clipped and usually with a Mohawk "do", he has a spring in his step, and shows off to his girl cat housemates.

Their coat protects them from heat, cold, and sun; once shaved, it may never grow back properly. This was not a small mistake--it was a clear sign of negligence and lack of training. Jack's coat may take months or even a full year to regrow, and it may never return to its original condition. The health and comfort of our dog were put at risk for no valid reason. We are demanding a full refund, a formal apology, and a clear explanation of how PetSmart will prevent this from happening to other pets. I would not recommend this grooming service to anyone.

The last time he was groomed the pads were cut. I called and talked to the groomer and told her the problem and she denied cutting his pads. I told her I could tell they were cut she said she would talk to the owner. I called back and talk to the owner myself because they never returned my call.
