Great experience on July 28th! We had ordered new phones…read moreonline, and went in on a Sunday to pick them up. We were excited that there was only one other customer in the store when we arrived and We had to swap numbers, etc., so it was a little more involved. Erica I think her name was, was very helpful. We had to call back later when we realized we needed info off of the phone we'd traded in (long story) while we were there. Mallick (sp?) went above and beyond to save the day. Buying new phones can be a beating, but this was a pretty smooth process, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the team that was there that made it painless, even when we needed some extra TLC.

I figured they would just send me a txt in 5 mins or so. Well I was wrong. I waited at this location in front of the store for over 30 Minutes with no help so I walked into the store to see what's going on and there are literally 4 employees sitting and on there phones doing absolutely nothing. I ask employee Garrett Dodd to speak with the manager and they try to get me to talk to one of the lower managers(one of the guys sitting on phone not doing anything) I said no I want the highest up They go to the back and come out and tell me oh she is in some meeting. Clearly a lie. She's in a meeting at 7:00pm? I doubt it. I'm sure whatever meeting she is having is not as important as a paying customer I have now been at this store for over 1 Hour 30 mins I have waited just to be helped and another 45 minutes JUST TO WAIT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER UPDATE I arrived at the store at 6pm to drop off a phone and did not leave until 8:05Pm @8:05pm The employee Garett Dodd who told me she was in a meeting asks me to wait outside the store and tells me they are now closed, (he still was not gonna tell me she wasn't there) I then asked him is the manager not gonna come talk to me, to which he replies SHE HAS BEEN GONE A WHILE NOW. That's absolutely unacceptable. He watched me stand and wait for over two hours inside the store right in front of his face and never said she left in fact he told her she had a customer waiting and she just decided to leave? It's clear she was avoiding me and did not want to talk to me. I also saw all the employees leave out of the front door and the manager never left out of the front door I was standing right by it. Manager was still there and was clearly avoiding talking to me. Lied about manager being in a meeting Lied about not knowing that she left Lied saying she already left the store Employees and manager directly lied to me EMPLOYEE- Garett Dodd Manager- Anushka Corporate will be contacted. Also AT&T commenting on this review you clearly didn't read any of this review and are only trying to save face. What a great pre worded response I don't give a CRAP about the wait, you absolutely don't treat customers like this store does. LYING TO CUSTOMERS AND AVOIDING CUSTOMERS IS UNACCEPTABLE

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!! I took my iPhone 14 in…read morefor a $25 diagnostic because it wouldn't power on. During this "diagnostic," zach broke my front glass. He claimed "it happens often" and said he'd replace it for free, but I never authorized him to even open the phone to that extent. I had insurance that would have covered a proper repair; I was only there for the diagnostic. By the time I arrived, he had already installed a new battery and a cheap screen without my consent. The craftsmanship is awful: the glass protrudes so far out it doesn't even fit in my case anymore. It's puffing right where the battery is located, why is a brand new battery already swelling? On top of the bad install, they used the cheapest aftermarket screen on the market (it costs $36 ), yet they charge near $200. That is an 82% profit margin for a screen that is barely responsive and looks grey. Their website claims they warranty FAULTY CRAFTSMANSHIP, but zach did everything possible to dodge that warranty. I paid $184 for them to break my phone further and hand me back a device with significantly less value. If you have a high odds of shattering phones during a simple diagnostic, customers should be told that upfront. Don't trust them with your device unless you want it returned in worse condition than when you brought it in. I have included similar experiences below.

The staff at this location sucks. Went in today ( 10/12) and told the manger exactly what I was…read moreneeding, he told me to have a seat. I asked how long was the wait, and he said about an hour. I was like never mind, I will call customer service. He then say's, he can have the system text me, "that way you can go get something to eat or do other errands and not have to wait in the store". I said ok, went around the corner to Hobby Lobby. Literally 20 minutes later I get a text saying they were ready for me (good thing I didn't go eat). Rush back to the store only to wait another 20+ minutes (while the manager and 3 other workers stood around the register laughing and talking). When an Associate finally did come over, I told him what I needed and he asks for my DL, takes a picture of the front and back, then proceeds to tell me "we can't cancel a line in the store", I said I don't want to cancel, I just want to confirm that it is cancelled, because I was informed by customer service it would cancel after my billed cycled, but it's still showing on my account" For which he then say's we can't see your account in the store, you have to call customer service". Now why didn't the manager tell me that in the first damn place.

Each month our phones get smarter than us…read more We went to T Mobile and there we met Q, He explained as he went, change to the plan best for us, we didn't have 5 g phones but he said your phones are good, work find for what we do and then got our old phones set up on their LTE system. So we didn't purchase new phones as he said they were good enough. But we have unlimited service at the price we can afford. I highly recommend Q if you think your phone is smarter than you.
