Great experience on July 28th! We had ordered new phones online, and went in on a Sunday to pick them up. We were excited that there was only one other customer in the store when we arrived and We had to swap numbers, etc., so it was a little more involved. Erica I think her name was, was very helpful. We had to call back later when we realized we needed info off of the phone we'd traded in (long story) while we were there. Mallick (sp?) went above and beyond to save the day. Buying new phones can be a beating, but this was a pretty smooth process, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the team that was there that made it painless, even when we needed some extra TLC. read more

Don't you just love what COVID has done to customer Service? They won't let you in the store, you have to check in and wait to be helped which is ridiculous but I did so even though I could see 3 employees not doing anything. I figured they would just send me a txt in 5 mins or so. Well I was wrong. I waited at this location in front of the store for over 30 Minutes with no help so I walked into the store to see what's going on and there are literally 4 employees sitting and on there phones doing absolutely nothing. I ask employee Garrett Dodd to speak with the manager and they try to get me to talk to one of the lower managers(one of the guys sitting on phone not doing anything) I said no I want the highest up They go to the back and come out and tell me oh she is in some meeting. Clearly a lie. She's in a meeting at 7:00pm? I doubt it. I'm sure whatever meeting she is having is not as important as a paying customer I have now been at this store for over 1 Hour 30 mins I have waited just to be helped and another 45 minutes JUST TO WAIT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER UPDATE I arrived at the store at 6pm to drop off a phone and did not leave until 8:05Pm @8:05pm The employee Garett Dodd who told me she was in a meeting asks me to wait outside the store and tells me they are now closed, (he still was not gonna tell me she wasn't there) I then asked him is the manager not gonna come talk to me, to which he replies SHE HAS BEEN GONE A WHILE NOW. That's absolutely unacceptable. He watched me stand and wait for over two hours inside the store right in front of his face and never said she left in fact he told her she had a customer waiting and she just decided to leave? It's clear she was avoiding me and did not want to talk to me. I also saw all the employees leave out of the front door and the manager never left out of the front door I was standing right by it. Manager was still there and was clearly avoiding talking to me. Lied about manager being in a meeting Lied about not knowing that she left Lied saying she already left the store Employees and manager directly lied to me EMPLOYEE- Garett Dodd Manager- Anushka Corporate will be contacted. Also AT&T commenting on this review you clearly didn't read any of this review and are only trying to save face. We had to get a new phone for my mom. We look for an AT&T in this part of Fort Worth and found this one on Bryant Irvin Rd. This is a good size store very clean and bright. Had a good size crowd on a Saturday late morning. But had plenty of employees no one was waiting. Store located in a strip shopping area on the corner plenty of parking. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by this young man I wish I remembered his name. He was very helpful very nice made conversation while we waited. He got my mom's new phone all hook up and contacts transferred. He has great customer service skills he should be the model employee for training. read more

Every time I go in to get a new phone it's always a big mess. I'm horrible with electronics and get confused real easy. And I know I can be a real pain to the sales person. When I walked into the AT&T store at city view I was greeted by Garrett Dodd. He took the time to walk me thru the purchase of my new iPhone. I'm very disappointed in management's (Nicholas H.) inability to handle my situation. When the discussion became too much to handle, he and his sidekick pretty much argued with me. There was no professionalism whatsoever. There was no concern for other customers who were in the store witnessing this show of "we're right, you're wrong". After 10-15 minutes of this, they realized, "Oh wait...yours is a BUSINESS account? Then, yes, you CAN return your product for a refund." There was no apology. The person who hired these unfit employees has yet to contact me either. I will never set foot in this store again and plan to seek a different provider for mine and my employees' cell phone service. The staff at this location is very nice and friendly and prompt. I had to take my iPhone in at the spare of the moment when it crashed. They were very attentive to the nature of the problem and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Calling me a couple of days after repair to make sure all was going well with my phone. I know talking to the "right" person makes all the difference when it comes to good, knowledgeable service. One would assume that would be the Manager of a business, but unfortunately at this store, that is not the case after dealing with Brian. I had to bring my i-pad back to the store 3 times until it was finally properly re-programmed by the guy whose nametag stated "Veteran" (maybe Matt, I'm not sure). He was able to figure out what Brian had done wrong & get my i-pad data plan working. In the meantime, I was charged $35 by Brian for a monthly data plan that was meant for a phone, not my i-pad. A few days later when the problem was resolved, I had to re-purchase the correct plan for $38, & the store refused to refund the $35. With my next device, I will go with another company. Shame on AT&T and Brian for not refunding their mistake. read more

For AT&T as a company - 5 stars. For this store - 4 stars. I came in during a Friday afternoon and was sad to wait about 20 minutes. But I could see why you would have wait; each customer rep. really works with you. I came in only wanting to upgrade my phone. What I really got was my bill on my family plan lowered, the phone I desperately (and thought I couldn't afford) wanted, and a case for a low price. Bryant took care of all of this by finding what I was over paying for. I was a little nervous about changing things, but he convinced me. It's great to have a company that will train their staff to benefit you. So, the wait still sucks. It's a teeny space with a lot of people waiting. But, hey, there's Starbucks and froyo next door. I know stores are taking precautions because of COVID but my little sister asked me to take her to get a new phone because she wasn't sure what she wanted. They wouldn't let both of us in at the same time. They made us check in outside (it's literally 100 degrees today). I think this is just asinine. Seriously. What's the purpose of this?
