Great experience on July 28th! We had ordered new phones online, and went in on a Sunday to pick them up. We were excited that there was only one other customer in the store when we arrived and We had to swap numbers, etc., so it was a little more involved. Erica I think her name was, was very helpful. We had to call back later when we realized we needed info off of the phone we'd traded in (long story) while we were there. Mallick (sp?) went above and beyond to save the day. Buying new phones can be a beating, but this was a pretty smooth process, and I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to the team that was there that made it painless, even when we needed some extra TLC. read more

Don't you just love what COVID has done to customer Service? They won't let you in the store, you have to check in and wait to be helped which is ridiculous but I did so even though I could see 3 employees not doing anything. I figured they would just send me a txt in 5 mins or so. Well I was wrong. I waited at this location in front of the store for over 30 Minutes with no help so I walked into the store to see what's going on and there are literally 4 employees sitting and on there phones doing absolutely nothing. I ask employee Garrett Dodd to speak with the manager and they try to get me to talk to one of the lower managers(one of the guys sitting on phone not doing anything) I said no I want the highest up They go to the back and come out and tell me oh she is in some meeting. Clearly a lie. She's in a meeting at 7:00pm? I doubt it. I'm sure whatever meeting she is having is not as important as a paying customer I have now been at this store for over 1 Hour 30 mins I have waited just to be helped and another 45 minutes JUST TO WAIT TO TALK TO THE MANAGER UPDATE I arrived at the store at 6pm to drop off a phone and did not leave until 8:05Pm @8:05pm The employee Garett Dodd who told me she was in a meeting asks me to wait outside the store and tells me they are now closed, (he still was not gonna tell me she wasn't there) I then asked him is the manager not gonna come talk to me, to which he replies SHE HAS BEEN GONE A WHILE NOW. That's absolutely unacceptable. He watched me stand and wait for over two hours inside the store right in front of his face and never said she left in fact he told her she had a customer waiting and she just decided to leave? It's clear she was avoiding me and did not want to talk to me. I also saw all the employees leave out of the front door and the manager never left out of the front door I was standing right by it. Manager was still there and was clearly avoiding talking to me. Lied about manager being in a meeting Lied about not knowing that she left Lied saying she already left the store Employees and manager directly lied to me EMPLOYEE- Garett Dodd Manager- Anushka Corporate will be contacted. Also AT&T commenting on this review you clearly didn't read any of this review and are only trying to save face. What a great pre worded response I don't give a CRAP about the wait, you absolutely don't treat customers like this store does. LYING TO CUSTOMERS AND AVOIDING CUSTOMERS IS UNACCEPTABLE read more

We had to get a new phone for my mom. We look for an AT&T in this part of Fort Worth and found this one on Bryant Irvin Rd. This is a good size store very clean and bright. Had a good size crowd on a Saturday late morning. But had plenty of employees no one was waiting. Store located in a strip shopping area on the corner plenty of parking. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by this young man I wish I remembered his name. He was very helpful very nice made conversation while we waited. He got my mom's new phone all hook up and contacts transferred. He has great customer service skills he should be the model employee for training. read more

Every time I go in to get a new phone it's always a big mess. I'm horrible with electronics and get confused real easy. And I know I can be a real pain to the sales person. When I walked into the AT&T store at city view I was greeted by Garrett Dodd. He took the time to walk me thru the purchase of my new iPhone. I got the feeling he really wanted to make sure I was taken care of and understood my new phone. The whole experience was awesome. It was the best and easiest phone purchase I've ever had. I really appreciate the help I got from Garrett Dodd. He's the best.... read more

Basically the customer service representative told me I was out of luck. There is no way she can help me take care of my issue with my DIRECTV app which is owned by AT&T. She basically said I should just live with it. 100% lousy customer service. read more

The staff at this location is very nice and friendly and prompt. I had to take my iPhone in at the spare of the moment when it crashed. They were very attentive to the nature of the problem and made sure I was satisfied with the service. Calling me a couple of days after repair to make sure all was going well with my phone. For any service needs for my iPhone I will come here first before going anywhere else. read more

AT&T Store - Mobile Phones Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I'm very disappointed in management's (Nicholas H.) inability to handle my situation. When the discussion became too much to handle, he and his sidekick pretty much argued with me. There was no professionalism whatsoever. There was no concern for other customers who were in the store witnessing this show of "we're right, you're wrong". After 10-15 minutes of this, they realized, "Oh wait...yours is a BUSINESS account? Then, yes, you CAN return your product for a refund." There was no apology. The person who hired these unfit employees has yet to contact me either. I will never set foot in this store again and plan to seek a different provider for mine and my employees' cell phone service. I returned my $1000 purchase today. Keep it! Signed, Older, hispanic female. read more

This review is on the store and not AT&T. I was shuffled around at different stores because they couldnt help me. They would even put me on the phone with AT&T customer service! When I got to this location you know right away the service was better at how they greeted you! Azra was such a friendly rep and was able to get what i needed resolved in a timely matter. I can't stress how awesome that was. Thanks! read more

I know talking to the "right" person makes all the difference when it comes to good, knowledgeable service. One would assume that would be the Manager of a business, but unfortunately at this store, that is not the case after dealing with Brian. I had to bring my i-pad back to the store 3 times until it was finally properly re-programmed by the guy whose nametag stated "Veteran" (maybe Matt, I'm not sure). He was able to figure out what Brian had done wrong & get my i-pad data plan working. In the meantime, I was charged $35 by Brian for a monthly data plan that was meant for a phone, not my i-pad. A few days later when the problem was resolved, I had to re-purchase the correct plan for $38, & the store refused to refund the $35. With my next device, I will go with another company. Shame on AT&T and Brian for not refunding their mistake. read more

For AT&T as a company - 5 stars. For this store - 4 stars. I came in during a Friday afternoon and was sad to wait about 20 minutes. But I could see why you would have wait; each customer rep. really works with you. I came in only wanting to upgrade my phone. What I really got was my bill on my family plan lowered, the phone I desperately (and thought I couldn't afford) wanted, and a case for a low price. Bryant took care of all of this by finding what I was over paying for. I was a little nervous about changing things, but he convinced me. It's great to have a company that will train their staff to benefit you. So, the wait still sucks. It's a teeny space with a lot of people waiting. But, hey, there's Starbucks and froyo next door. Can't be that bad? Lol read more

Walked into this store a few weeks ago and asked the guy at the door about a hotspot and he laughed like I was stupid without offering any other service. So sprint got my money that day. Got a brand new iPhone and hotspot and paid in full for both of them plus the service. read more

Destiny hooked me up, and helped me out a lot. Came in to get internet and TV set up in my new apartment. If you come go to destiny hard working awesome person. Really appreciate the help! read more

My wife and I both bought I-phone 11's last week. She bought an 11 and myself an 11 pro max. Matt assisted us and did a superb job. He answered all the questions we knew to ask. We were both wanted to make sure all our data/apps transferred from our old phones. He wouldn't let us leave until he made sure all our data had transferred to our new phones. Thank you Matt. VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! read more

I know stores are taking precautions because of COVID but my little sister asked me to take her to get a new phone because she wasn't sure what she wanted. They wouldn't let both of us in at the same time. They made us check in outside (it's literally 100 degrees today). I think this is just asinine. Seriously. What's the purpose of this? I offered to stand 6 feet away but apparently that's not good enough. The store wasn't too full. I watched two people go in after they wouldn't let me in. The workers were very polite and I have absolutely no issue with anything other than this dumb rule. read more

Came in to replace my old phone and greeted by a cute tall man with beautiful nails and eyebrows. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The process was fast and painless. Walked in and out in 20 min and even got my old phone taken away from me and exchanged for a new one. read more

Went today to change my son,s plan to an international plan (he is deployed). Cameron provided really poor customer service and appeared completely disinterested in providing us any service. I am unsure if he had a limited knowledge of international plans of if he just did not care about assisting us? We have been customers for more than 13 years, I had higher expectations for face to face customer service from AT&T. Next time I will chat online, they are much more personable and have greater knowledge, read more

I received awesome customer service from David at the ATT Cityview location. He was very patient and answered all questions concerning my new phone and watch. He walked me step by step with my possible options for my new service which helped me to make a more informed decision. This is why I continue to do business with this company, because of great customer service such as this!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! read more

I wish I could give 0 stars! Run from AT&T. You'll thank me later. They're crooks! We wanted DIRECTV back in December for our new house. Leon says there's a promo for the new iPhone 7 for free. He says they'll charge us initially for 2-3 months and then reimburse us. Nope, guess what, we're stuck paying for the $869.99. I'm sorry but no phone is worth $869.99 and stuck for another 2 years. Once we're out of contract, good riddance AT&T. read more

Scott and Ali were awesome in customer service, I'd had lost my phone during a storm the night before and the storm also damaged my house, I was really bummed out but these guys totally took care of me, always great customer service, with the exception of the manager, she needs to go manage a Waffle House read more

Oh my goodness. This was an excellent experience. From the minute I walked in the door, I got very good customer service. I did not have an appointment, but the wait was not very long. I got good advice without pressure to buy the latest, coolest, most expensive gizmo. Nobody made me feel stupid - a big plus for a non-techie like me. Call for an appointment and ask for Zack. read more

Scott helped me today with service at this Bryant Invin location. This review is only for Scott and only for this location. :) I have been trying for years to get someone to help me with my 2 mobile phones and 1 hot spot. I wanted someone to look at my plan and my bill's history and tell me how I could make it more reasonable in cost without degrading service. It is not an exaggeration to say I was in and out of the store in 15 minutes; he looked at all three lines, got me down to two, upped my plan and decreased my monthly costs. Thank you Scott for GREAT service! read more
