    Great customer service, bad product, The cell phone coverage near Dover AFB. Signal is bad, 3 signal bars at best.

    Worst possible customer experience you could imagine consider it theft!!!!!!…read more If you do business with these people approach with caution, check an double check everything before you walk out of the store, these are people not to be trusted. They added phone insurance to our contract without our knowledge knowing we were set up on auto pay, forged my signature to the contract without our knowledge. Must be something they do often as when called on it they got very defensive, an threatened me. Contracted for 2 iPhone 11, August 22, they were older models we payed $350 each 2 $700, signed a 4 year contract for service. Without our knowledge they added insurance @ $35 per month for 4 years. Would have cost $1700. to insure 2 phones we paid $700 for!!!!! Got an email from Verizon corp office April 24, insurance on our phones was going up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! insurance we didn't know we had. Called Verizon 800 # an canceled the insurance after paying $685. to insure phones we paid $700 for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got no satisfaction from anyone @ Verizon not an apology no credit, they told us it was or responsibility to know what we purchase, even though the contract we walked out of the store with didn't mention INS. Questioned the store, Verizion 800# customer service, wrote letter to Verizon Corp with proof of forged signature!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Too bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took 5 visits to resolve all the issues we had, and each time, I was chastised and told "As I told you....". When clearly I was not told. I'd never had to send a trade in phone back, because the Verizon store always did that. Not at TCC--the woman in the store printed out pages of "instructions" for sending the trade in to Verizon. I called because the instructions weren't included in the ream of paper. "It's right there, honey." When I asked her what page it was on, she couldn't find it either, and eventually called me back and left a long, incoherent message with instructions that didn't work. I called--again-- and finally got someone else to (somewhat grudgingly) walk me through the process. We requested paper bills no less than 4 times, and of course, we were put on paperless billing. Another "Honey, I told you it would be more expensive." "How much more?" "I don't know." Unspoken: "and I don't care." If you have low blood pressure and need some aggravation to pep up your day, then by all means, TCC is the place for you!! Otherwise, head for a real Verizon store, and get actual service.

I had 2 lines that I purchased at the same time, so both lines should have been eligible. When I arrived at the store, I was told that it would cost over $330 to upgrade. He quoted an activation fees, and new sims cards and the cost of the phones. I reminded him that the mailing said $15 . His response was that they send those mailings to everyone, but you have to come into the store to get a price. That explanation made no sense to me. He was literally trying to scam me in broad daylight. He said that his system didn't show that I was eligible for an upgrade. That was suspect, as the mailing that I received has my cell number on it, and it clearly stated that I was eligible for the $15 upgrade. If I'm an existing customer with the same number, why an activation fee??? Why new sims cards, when he could just transfer them to the new phones . These folks are dishonest!!! I attached a copy of the mailing. This is an excellent example of "Bait and Switch." The only way they got 1 star rating, was because a Zero was available. The initial reason for the visit was to replace my wife's phone. it was DEAD. At the time I wasn't aware that it had insurance on it. He pulled up my account but failed to mention that I could use the insurance to replace the defective phone. This is another reason why I believe that these folks are crooks. Buyers Beware.

By the third try I kept the last one given it worked but the top was severely damaged on top since you couldn't see it I kept it and they compensated me for accepting the damaged merchandise I should've learned from there I just ordered a washer and dryer the incompetency a lack of training and knowledge was mind boggling. I ended up having 3 delivery dates within 3 weeks due to someone canceling my order unbeknownst to me. Installers driving to my home just to tell. me they couldn't instlall my pedestals given it wasn't on the order thiough id gone to the store the day before to confirm that they would be installed I was told they would compensate me for alll the aggravation that id suffered due too their ineptness once the machines were delivered They offered me $50 off each machine totaling $100 I declined and informed them that they could pick up their machines. Its the principle at this point The management has no integrity and spreading falsehoods with the exception of Darren, With consumers being very particular about where and who they spend their hard earned money with I chose to take my business elsewhere to a business who still believes in prioritizing satisfying the customers.
