If I could have given no stars that would be a start. My phone would not allow me to make a call. Was in Dover so stopped in to see if they would check my phone. Walked in the door and was smilingly received. The gentleman said he didn't know what could be done but they would take a look. So went and sat down to wait to be called. Another scruffy looking person with a two day drunken binge look came up to the counter. I'm walked a couple, which he started to take their number but instead said come on back. He saw the shocked look on my face and told the couple to wait. He calls me up and I explain the situation again and also told him they were to look at my phone. He said he couldn't help me. Asked him if I was just wasting my time and he said yes. So I left fuming. Went to the Verizon store in Easton to see what they would say. I traded in my phone last December during a promotion where if you exchanged a phone you got two iPhone 15 promax plus an iPad and an Apple Watch at no cost. I was told the two new phones were completely free of charge, yet I've been charged an installment charge for both every month. Verizon is completely deceptive in their practices and marketing. After nearly 20 years with them I can't wait until my contract is up so I can find a new company. read more

changed to Verizon. went in and was suppose to get a free phone with the bundle. plus the wifi box. I did not want my bill to be over 135.00 this was expressed several times. I paid 95 there. walked out thinking he was so nice. my verizon bill came the phone cost me 235.00 and my whole bill was 300.00 then my bill for each month was 190.00!!! Signed up for two phone lines and phones early December. Had problems but got the phones working many hours later. With the phones come watches and tablets. Those items arrived at the store on the 23rd. I went to the store to pick them up today, 28th. Three employees staring at me but refused to give me the items. This establishment, the workers within and especially the manager Craig are the absolute worst! This place is the poorest representation of Verizon and it is in any consumers best interest to go to Middletown. I have made two attempts to return a purchase with the 14 day return policy timeline and this manager, although willing to accept the return refuses to return my 600.00 down payment claiming there is no money in his drawer. He has given me the same excuse multiple times and here I am on the 14th day with a device that I should no longer be liable for. In all my frustration the incompetent sham of a manager has even gone to the extent of saying "personally I don't owe you anything" When these people take your money all is well but if you are ever in a scenario where your money should rightfully be returned, they will lie, cheat and screw you over. This is my second time in the store. I usually hate going in as I prefer to do everything online. However my husband wanted to see the phone cases. There is a man in there named Garrett. He is excellent. Both times I have come into the store he is always nice and goes above and beyond. He is full of a plethora of information and definitely knows what he is talking about. I don't only ask him about phones...he seems to know everything about any electronic. From now on anytime I want something for my phone I will come into this store because of Garretts exceptional customer service and bubbly personality. read more

Verizon sucks! I'm a 13 year customer and recently I have notice they been raising my monthly bill 2 to 4 cents a month. The have No customer loyalty, there a bunch of greedy crooked individuals. I came here after breaking my phone while out of town. I made an appointment online so right when I showed up, someone helped me. I can't remember his name, but the man who helped me was very knowledgeable about all of the phones, he was able to help me get another one up and running before I left and transfer all my contacts. Usually I dread going to a cell phone store but my experience here was enjoyable! read more

STAY FAR AWAY- my husband and I were completely scammed at this location. We walked in asking to re-up my contract and purchase a new phone. Our salesman, Erik, led us to believe we paid $115 to renew our contract and purchase a new phone. He told me to go pick out accessories because they were included. Little did we know the accessories were not free, despite the fact he took them all out of the packaging and put them on my phone, now making them used and unreturnable. Also, they spread the cost of the phone out on our bill, I am assuming thinking we would not notice, so we were actually paying full price for the phone (broken up monthly). This was absolutely never discussed or even mentioned. By the time we got our bill 30 days later and called corporate to see what had happened, this location's manager, John, said their 14 day return window had passed so we were stuck with their overpriced accessories (including a $50 screen protector!?!) AND the full price phone. The woman from corporate is pursing this further because even she admitted this sounded like an absolute scam with hidden and covered up costs that were not properly explained. I purchased a Galaxy J7V about two months ago and have had to deal with pop ads since starting the phone. You would think that purchasing tech support would correct the problem....you'd think wrong. After spending an hour on the phone with tech support, taking numerous screen shots to prove that pop up ads were coming in, the answer was to install a Push Notification App. This, I was assured would take care of the problem; it did not. Pop up ads keep coming in. Don't bother bother spending the extra money to get tech support with your insurance plan, they obviously know only how to answer stock questions. One last thing, as soon as my contract is up, my multi line plan with the all the bells and whistles, that has cost me up $250. per month for 20 years, is finished. I'm outa here!! read more

I have been a Verizon customer now for 17 years and I have always had a good experience in dealing with this company. I did however want to take a moment and recognize both Craig and Gus at this location as providing me the best service I have had anywhere. I came in the store with what I at least had thought was a simple issue and it turned out that it was very complicated and time consuming. Both representatives went out of there way to address my concerns and above me a great customer experience. I have been in town a few times and happen to need service. I live in Annapolis MD, but would gladly make the hour and a half drive back to this location because of the excellent customer service I was provided. The facility, while crowded and busy was clean, the representatives were patient and hard at work to take care of everyone I saw while I was there. Five stars for Verizon. You get what you pay for! read more

We have been customer for over 20 years with Verizon Wireless. (I started with a Bag Phone in the 90's) I will never step foot into the store anymore unless its to look at a phone that I am interested in. Then I will buy at Verizon online instead of the store because its so much cheaper. They are not very caring about anyone's problems. They are only concerned about selling phones and that's it. Customer service at this store use to be fantastic and would work with you on any problem you had. They made you feel like you were important. Now they don't care. After signing in to their queue and waiting for 45 minutes with a very bad back and unable to stand for more than 5 minutes. The building has only 2 places to sit(of course I had to stand in extreme pain due to lack of seating and I left crying in pain). Their was so many people just standing there waiting to be helped. I had a problem transferring my upgrade from one phone on my account to another. The Verizon rep looked at my account and told me "sorry, there is nothing I can do for you unless you want to switch your plan and then the plan will increase an additional 50 dollars per month." After that he walked away from me like I was nothing. I called customer service at the 800 number and they helped me out with my upgrade and explained everything to me so I could understand within minutes. Its bad when the actual store has worse customer service than calling the 800 number. read more
