This is a scam operation. They sold an "unlimited" data plan for direct signal internet wireless…read moreservice on AT&T. I had to invest $1,500 up front in equipment and labor. I also had to pay $125 a month for unlimited data. Without warning, after 5 months AT&T shut off all customers. Cambio told us they were going to offer a pay as you go rate for data. It never happened. Never got service back and have been without internet for 2 weeks. Even worse, they kept billing the monthly $125 after service was cut-off. Apparently, they were using SIM cards that were for not for whole home router usage, and AT&T caught up with them. Avoid them at all costs.

Over a year ago I called into T-Mobile myself to inquire about switching mobile providers which was of my own accord. 8/22 I was wanting to talk to my son & make sure this was the best fit for us, after we discussed it we decided not to switch from our current provider. I wasn't just deceived by the sales rep during the phone call I was lied to & set up to take money from my account without my permission for a service I never had access to and never had! I tried correcting it 5 times I called in was told the prob would be resolved, I would be refunded the account would be eliminated considering I never had one great please do! Nope recd another bill saying "sorry to see you go" I didn't pay it called in again, told not to worry about it well today get same bill stating I have been charged off and now it's in collections! Really? This is extortion! Fraud! Theft! Scammers aren't only the shadows with no name, they come in the form of companies trying to pose as your savior! Now it's been almost a year & still no refund, the girl today claimed same as others did except gave me her ID NUMBER, I have to wait 7 days meanwhile I have to follow up on what they did to my credit! I am the one worked hard to get an excellent rating! This could of been avoidable had this review been available when I was considering the switch. I will never switch & I believe it's worth talking to my attorney so no one else has to deal with this during a time of nation wide inflation crisis!
