Of course, we had already contracted with a CUSTOMER SERVICE based firm which has been a great pleasure to deal with, so there were no transition issues. We were out of compliance because of your non service! I now have a contact person who actually helps. I learned it was a big mistake to go with a cheap firm. you get what you pay for, of course in this case I didn't even get that. The only calls I got where to pay for a non working service, which I had reported the previous year. I had paid the last year with the promise the service would improve. It did not. ZERO monitoring calls, even when the alarm was going off. Funny how I never got a call when the alarm went off, yet no problem when they ask for money. I really wished you had taken an interest in the account before I had to write a public review. I am just thankful no one was killed or property lost due to the non service. If you are still having trouble contacting me (if you ever tried) feel free to respond on this post and tell me if you want me to contact you. While this may be your main business, it is a sacrifice of my spend time on these type of forums. Regardless, I wish you the best, but can't recommend your service. Their terrible communication, lackluster customer service, and failure to provide the necessary technology support for their plug-in have left me utterly disappointed and out of pocket. We began our partnership with Realtyna with high hopes, only to be met with a series of disappointments. First and foremost, after almost almost months of engagement, we discovered that we needed new hosting requirements to make their plug-in function properly. This revelation incurred hundreds of dollars in additional expenses, which could have been avoided had Realtyna been forthcoming about these prerequisites from the start. We did multiple demos for them to communicate needed facilities on our end to which they said nothing. Don't let their SEO opportunities trick you either. We had this live on our site for over 6 months and our domain authority did not change one point over the entire duration. To make matters worse, their plug-in bogged down our site to an almost unusable state, causing significant frustration for our users and potential clients. Despite reporting this issue to their team, Realtyna did absolutely nothing to optimize the plug-in's performance. Instead of addressing the problem, they offered credits that were of little consolation, and they refused to provide even the slightest refund for the development fees we had invested even though our project was never finished to what we had initially asked but I got tired of hounding them receiving no care for our needs as a paying customer. Our initial project timeline was completely disregarded. Realtyna promised a two-three month completion but took over six months to deliver, still not fully complete to this day, leaving us in a state of perpetual uncertainty and frustration. The most infuriating aspect of this ordeal was their lack of responsiveness. I would often go days, and sometimes even weeks, without receiving any meaningful communication from their team. This level of disregard for customer concerns is inexcusable. Desperate for a solution, we engaged an esteemed IDX developer to investigate Realtyna's plug-in. To his amazement, he described it as the most disorganized and inefficient system he had ever encountered. The plug-in was the primary reason for the continuous failure of our website, and it cost us thousands of dollars to rectify the issues created by Realtyna's product. Perhaps the most disappointing aspect of this entire experience is Realtyna's refusal to take responsibility for the troubles they have caused us since March of this year. Their customer service has shown no willingness to acknowledge the extent of our problems or offer any meaningful solutions. It's clear that Realtyna's lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver as promised have caused our business substantial harm. In summary, my experience with Realtyna has been a costly and frustrating one. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution and explore alternative options, as my unfortunate ordeal with them has resulted in wasted time, resources, and an immense amount of frustration. We have been working with another company since and the customer service and thorough expectations and follow through shows that Realtyna is not a customer-centric and problem solving company. In my experience, they only create problems and offer no solutions. All they care about is making money and anything else is your problem, not theirs. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere!

Please read my review and don't repeat my mistakes! We are pretty avid DIYers and wanted something to record 24/7, but I didn't want to pay an annual fee for storage. A CCTV system seemed like the most affordable long term. My Hubby could run the wires and I'm not a total beginner with software set up. Harbor Freight had a very affordable unit, winner winner chicken dinner! NOPE, big fat nope! First of all their DVR wasn't playing nice with either my modem or router. I spent 3 entire days consulting Dr Google, Comcast, Asus, Harbor Freight tech support, and all the techy friends I could find. I tried to open port forwarding on the router on the correct ports. It was a nightmare! None of the companies were helpful. No one knew what the problem could be. Everyone pointing their finger at another company. I gave up, went back to Google to find a local install company in hopes they could help me. So much for a cheap set up since I would now have to pay for someone to come and fix what I couldn't figure out. Stay in Sight had the best website so I picked up the phone and called. James answered right away, assured me that I wasn't stupid, and instantly tried to help "walk me through" how to set up this strange DVR that wasn't even from his company!! Where do you find that level of customer care, or even human decency these days? Turns out the easiest thing was to get a functioning (non 3rd party) DVR that would actually set up easily. James was able to help with that. He shipped me out a super affordable DVR (cheaper than the Harbor Freight nonsense) and even asked his tech support pals to walk me through set up! Those tech support folks only do this DVR setup for a living, so it's super easy to understand and do what they tell you to on the phone. Plus they are totally located here in the USA, so no language barrier! The phone app is so much better than the other one I was trying to mess with. We had a few other calamities from the Harbor Freight unit, hard drive was bad, wires were glued in? The hard drive wires didn't even have clips on them! They were glued in! James kept in touch and followed me through each calamity to make sure I was okay. The end result of my lesson is that it would have cost around the same amount of money and MUCH less time and frustration just to buy locally through James! I always thought that the local security companies just catered to businesses and a system would be thousands of dollars. Nope! They have a wide range of items for every situation. Even affordable DIY units for stubborn people like us! Apparently a large amount of their clientele are slightly crazy people like me who mainly just want to watch their pets during the day! I don't live in the best of neighborhoods, very happy that I can now watch the outsides of my house. Of course the best part, is that I can watch my dogs sleeping on the couch! They have 2 cameras in that room. I can't recommend James and Stay in Sight enough! When anything goes wrong or we are ready to upgrade, I am staying AWAY from the internet and am just calling James. Everyone else should do the same too!
