I tried to cancel service that was established by Royal Security who was then bought out by Altronics. Pye Barker refuses to honor the change of name that was approved by Altronics as the result of an estate settlement upon the death of my mother. The contract with Altronics clearly stated that the account number would remain the same, the monitoring period would remain the same and the remaining months left on the annual service would be credited as paid in full. Now they want to wipe away that time frame and claim the contract is being cancelled 7.73 months early. My relationship spans over 22 years going back to when we had another property under Royal Security. In less than a year with Pye Barker, my satisfaction went to total dissatisfaction. Stay away from Pye Barker and find a smaller security company with more personalized treatment!

I checked on local yellow pages and called Bravo Lock and Safe co around 6:00 PM and they send PJ a young man was able to correct the problems in the lock (loose parts) and put the old Baldwin cylinder with a new set of keys. My lock works like new and the cost was very reasonable and way lower than the other business.
