Service- decent. Monday afternoons are pretty slow. Selection- Not sure. I think I got my phone from here? I know my Mom did. Value- same as the rest. Everyone "needs" internet in their pocket so it's a diluted "value." Came in to change some billing details and talked with a guy. He showed me how to do it on my own device so that was helpful. Place was empty so multiple employees were waiting to help. The worker did go through my service plan and showed me a way to save about 30 bucks a month. Not sure why he couldn't do that while I was there, but I'll call later to see if that's a real possibility. Gave me a flyer and everything. Wish he could have done it himself but these are the breaks. Advice- go on a weekday afternoon and you'll have your choice of folks to help you. read more

I'm quitting, after getting the run around from customer service, involving 2.5 hours on hold, waiting for help, which just referred me to the local store. The local store was useless and even refused to call customer service and try to sort out the problem. I told them I was quitting AT&T and they said so what, so are we. That says it all. Signed up for a free trial and they ended up charging me $110 dollars for it. Everything goes through their phone customer service, what a scam! Ended up paying the bill since they threatened collections after I followed their lengthy process of sending a letter in the mail with my grievances, which was denied. Don't mess with this place they'll scam you and mess with your cell phone. I'll stick with Xfinity, they actually help you and don't run "free trial" scams. read more

This review is about the poor customer service I received from Yulian. He was rude and unfriendly and not willing to go out of his way. I had to go back the next day for an issue and he basically told me that he couldn't do anything and that it was what it was. I went home and my husband fixed the problem right away. Beware, at least some of the people that work here will up sell you with changes without telling you. My son went in and upgraded his phone, got the confirmation and checked his account and the person who helped him did the following without saying a word to him: Added protect advantage without asking Enrolled him in next up with his upgrade without asking Upgraded his plan without asking. Now I'm having to spend time working it out with AT&T getting it all lit back. He is a student at UC Davis, and it feels like "they saw him coming" knowing he was young and and not experienced doing these adult type transactions. Shady as hell, would not recommend. This worst experience I've ever had trying to get a new phone. Tried to call ahead to make sure it was a good time to come; no one picked up the phone. Went in at 1030, only one employee and about 3 people in line ahead of us. We asked the employee if any other employees would be coming in. He said there was supposed to be one other employee coming at 1100, but he wasn't sure if they would actually come. We waited in line, which fortunately only ended up taking about 20 minutes. At 11, two or three more employees showed up, including the manager, and then immediately disappeared into the back leaving the one employee to handle the growing line of customers. While being helped by the employee, we were trying to get a new iphone for my dad. Everything was going well until we tried to pay for the phone outright, which is important to my dad. The employee told us this would only be possible with a manager override. We said, ok, could you please get your manager? He said, "my manager just stepped out." We asked if he knew when his manager was coming back. He said "I don't know. It could be any time". We asked if he could call or text his manager to get an eta. He said "I won't be doing that. I don't want to bother him". The employee also told us that he would be unable to help us set up the new phone, which was the main reason we had come to buy it in person anyways. We decided to leave and just do everything online/at home instead. Then, the kicker came later that day when we tried to buy a new phone for my dad online. We had to enter his old number, and we discovered that the partial setup of the new phone we had done in the store earlier that day had broken my dad's old phone and he could no longer receive texts or calls. Apparently the employee didn't undo whatever transfer process he had started in the store, even though we cancelled the purchase. This turned into a big issue because we had to enter my dad's old number to purchase the new phone, but we were unable to receive the required confirmation code. So we had to order the new phone on using mom's number instead, which wasn't the line we wanted to replace. This meant that when the phone arrived, it somehow got activated with both my mom's and my dad's number. We had to spend an hour or two on the phone with AT&T service to resolve this. Fortunately, the AT&T cell service was at least helpful and eventually resolved the problem. I'd never go back to this particular store unless I was left with absolutely no other choice. read more

Dropped off my phone for a $700 trade-in at this store and have not received credit 10 months later. It was my fault for not retaining a receipt but I was convinced they would do their job. Forgot the individual who took my phone but manager brandin seemed to disregard my case for several months. Gave up and opted out of AT&T. Not a reflection of the overall store but the manager brandin and a few individuals took my i11pm and robbed me of $700, guarantee they've done it multiple times too. We were about to cancel our several internet services we have with AT& T, if it wouldn't have been for the last technician that came to assist us. The technician name: Walter Sigin. Mr. Sigin, showed, not only that he was knowledgeable, but he went out of his way to assist us. He really cared. Very difficult to find in these days, an employee who wanted to make sure that we were happy with his performance and happy with the company he worked for: AT&T. Mr Sigin made us change our mind about moving to another internet service provider. If we can give 10 Stars to Mr. Sigin, we would. He deserve them all. Good work Mr. Sigin!!! read more

Anyone considering AT&T as your carrier be advised since early April 2018, cell service in Dixon and the I80 freeway is almost non existent. It is sporatic at best and if you do not have a wi-fi backup, you are totally screwed with AT&T. Myself and 2 neighbors are dumping. I am not referencing the store, just the ability to use AT&T as a carrier in this Dixon-Davis area. UPDATE: 5/14/18 - called again to AT&T and told both towers are "yellow" condition and one is to be repaired, troubleshooting today. I was able to reset the network settings and finally get a 1-2 bar single, but it still fades from time to time (dropped calls). Its getting better, but still cannot say I would recommend, yet. I got excellent support from AT&T on phone, the woman who knew her stuff was named CARMELLA and she really did a great job. I mean, she cannot fix the tower but I was able to reset the phone and get some margin signal at least. But she really worked hard. read more

I've been here twice in the last month. The workers greet you immediately. They put you on a waiting list when you need to be seen, if there's a lot of people. They even have an option of giving you a text message when your next in line if you don't want to wait there. Today, Jeff helped me out. Unfortunately my new phone that I bought was tmobile locked. He advised me to go walk over to tmobile (around the corner) to see if it could be unlocked there. Jeff told me to ask for him when I got back to keep him updated. I did just that and another employee was nice enough to go find him in back. I don't know why there's so many bad reviews, but I'm happy with the customer service here. read more

Atrocious business practices. The attitude, behavior, and manner of dress from employee's in this store were completely unprofessional. After spending 30 minutes trying to call this store, with no answer, I drove 10 minutes since it was 11:30 AM on a Saturday. Upon walking into the store and looking around expectantly for a few moments, I was approached by an employee with an untucked shirt, sneakers, and who hadn't shaved in at least 5 days. He told me that there was a 15-20 minute que. There were 4 employee's helping 4 customer's, with no wait line. I informed the employee that I had spent 30 minutes trying to call the store with no answer. He told me they were "really busy today" and I asked "have you been too busy to answer the business phone?" to which he replied "yes". I left the store after wasting 45 minutes of my Saturday. We've been in here a few times and have always left pleased. Our most recent experiences were with Kevin. Kevin has the patience of a saint! He listened to and answered everyone of our questions (we must've asked 100) on each occasion and helped us make the best decision for US. Which is really important because nowadays you don't see too many businesses or sales associates who are truly interested in what's best for the customer. I went in for a simple upgrade and was "assisted" by Matthew (note, there is another associate named Matt who seems all right). He had ZERO customer service skills and did not even greet me. They've got recent high school drop outs who will gladly tell you your internet will cost $35 per month, only to be charged $55 per month after the fact. They'll gladly tell you your speed will be "up to 18mbps", much like I make "up to $1,000,000 per year". Don't like it? Well, if you live in my Davis neighborhood, it's literally your only choice! I received such efficient help from Kevin to restore my phone because Asurian had "blacklisted" my phone. However, I had to go back 2 days later and the manager Wesley Hunt (who was aware of assistance that Kevin had provided previously) was there to completely resolve this matter. I have been in here several times (I've been a very happy AT&T customer for a number of years now) for various reasons, and have generally had a very good experience. All of the employees seems to be knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. The last time I was in there this woman was literally yelling for 10-15 minutes about how she wasn't going to leave the store without a new iPhone since her current one wouldn't charge, and eventually it was worked out that she just wasn't pushing the charger in all the way. I was impressed that throughout the entire episode the staff and then the manager were professional and maintained their composure despite her flying off the handle. They've also been helpful on more than one occasion with helping me pick out a phone based on my needs and wants. The only thing I would complain about is the amount of time I've had to wait - I think it might be because there's no sort of system about who comes in when, but I've waited for up to 20-30 minutes and people who came after me were helped first. Again, not necessarily the employees' fault, though. read more

This store has been renamed to AT&T Mobility. This place has the friendliest staff of all AT&T stores I have visited. The sales staff that I have spoken have an excellent technical knowledge and they are very responsive to technical support issues. I recently purchased a Go phone for a relative, and after it was lost I emailed the "Retail Sales Consultant" and he de-activated the old number and helped me replace the phone in less than 12 hours. I have been in this office on Thursday, June 6, around 3 PM, just to change the SIM card for my new cell phone. The customer service rep refused to aid me in transferring my contacts from the old phone to the new one. She said that the "machine" was removed from the office. I ask for the office manager but he was not helpful eather. I was told that I can stop by in the AT&T office in Woodland OR get an additional insurance to my cell phone plan and, in this case, they can transfer all my contacts from the old phone right away. I asked him about the "machine" removed from this location - he smiled... This was so disgusting. Last but not least, - the way how some members of the customer service team looked like and their attitude remained me pushers from the Sac downtown at night. Last January they introduce Direct TV NOW. 3 mos with free Apple TV after 3 days I went back to cancel and they said I can't cancel anymore. We are charged 3 mos damn ! So they said you don't have to do anything they will not charge you anymore. Now March came then charge me $35. Today my husband came and they said yes you are charged because we didn't cancel it ! My wife and I stopped this week at the ATT store to activate our new iPhones11 and transfer data (without using iCloud) from our old iPhone 4 and iPhone 5. Transferring data from such old phones posses challenges, so we decided to get help at the ATT store. Sales Representative Terrin Pease did it for us and it took him almost 1.5 hours. Super awesome place. I needed a new cell and a SUPER friendly and professional girl named Roquel (Raquel? I dunno how to spell it :/ ) assisted me for like two hours, updating my account to get me a cheaper bill, and explaining all of the newest phones to me. She even stayed a good 45 minutes after they technically closed to help me out. Best employee ever! She should totally get a raise for her friendly demeanor.
