Well today i was in the woodland boost store on California st. Trying to get my phone service…read moreswitched over to boost. I was helped by a very busy girl named Anna. Today she was there all by herself and the people were coming in pretty steady. I was very impressed by the way that this person kept everyone in mind and managed to keep all the customers without anybody getting angry and leaving the store unhappy. That is crazy hard to do today in the world we live in. My taking so much of her time because i didn't have everything needed was never an issue for her and she went above and beyond my expectations, leaving me very satisfied. The owners of that store need to give her a raise. She is the best representative of boost i have ever seen. My hats off to you Anna a job very well done. Thank you.. B.Whitehead

The lady said she would try and remove the item if possible if not then we might have to completely replace the piece. She said it could take about 30 minutes, she was gone maybe 5 min. As we walked around the shop there were so many cute items and offered more than just your typical phone/electronic accessories, really cute hand bag and earrings. She was able to remove the broken piece and fix the iPad. It was such a reasonable price and quick service. I believe she was the owner I would highly recommend using this business. We will definitely be coming back not just for repairs.

I came here to have my phone screen repaired because the screen had gone completely black. I paid…read more$170 for the repair. When I received my phone back, it turned on for about one second and then stopped working completely. I went home, charged it, and tried everything I could, but it would not turn back on. This was especially stressful because I was leaving the next day to fly home by myself, and I was several hours away from home. I ultimately had to get the phone looked at and repaired somewhere else. I was told there was an issue with the phone that was causing it to immediately overheat, which explained why it would not stay on. When I returned to this shop a week later to ask for my money back, the interaction was extremely uncomfortable. I was berated, and I was told I needed to delete my original review in order to receive my money back. I ultimately deleted the review and received some of my money back. I'm sharing this because I think customers should know about my experience before choosing this shop. I understand that repairs can sometimes be complicated and things can go wrong, but I expected the situation to be handled professionally and respectfully.

I visited the T-Mobile store in Woodland (Bronze Circle) expecting assistance, but instead had a…read morevery frustrating experience. Before even confirming whether the phone I was interested in was in stock (it wasn't), my plan was already switched over and completed. On top of that, two extra lines were added to my account without my approval, increasing my bill for no valid reason. What should have been a simple visit took nearly two hours, and I then had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service just to have the unauthorized lines removed. This felt deceptive and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise being extra cautious when dealing with this location and reviewing all changes to your account before leaving the store. The employee who assisted me was Daniel M. (Danny), as listed on his name tag.

Quite a few poor reviews, which is not my experience…read more I have purchased several appliances here - most recently a refrigerator. Jay was helpful and got me all setup with one of the open box units for my garage. I would have liked some additional discount, but who wouldn't! Unit had a scratch but worked well. Value is pretty good - mostly when you're watching the deals. It is difficult to buy any of the full price items when they run ads frequently, so recommend you set a notification or check in if you have time to buy what you're looking for. Recently I came in (last Thursday) and ended up talking with the staff about pokemon cards I was buying for my kids bday. They were super helpful, friendly, and taught me a few things that I've shared with my kiddos. Clean store and easy parking. The Bronze star area has some good stores. Recommend.
