The lady said she would try and remove the item if possible if not then we might have to completely replace the piece. She said it could take about 30 minutes, she was gone maybe 5 min. As we walked around the shop there were so many cute items and offered more than just your typical phone/electronic accessories, really cute hand bag and earrings. She was able to remove the broken piece and fix the iPad. It was such a reasonable price and quick service. I believe she was the owner I would highly recommend using this business. On top of that, two extra lines were added to my account without my approval, increasing my bill for no valid reason. What should have been a simple visit took nearly two hours, and I then had to spend another hour on the phone with customer service just to have the unauthorized lines removed. This felt deceptive and completely avoidable. I would strongly advise being extra cautious when dealing with this location and reviewing all changes to your account before leaving the store. She also mentioned to me that they had lense protector's for the camera on the back of the phone, I had no idea they existed. She put it on and it looks great!
