Walked in showed the representative the battery and walked out with a new replacement. Funny thing: I hooked up the battery and my alarm didn't register there was a battery, so I waited to see it would register...nothing . So back I went to the store to see if I got my original battery back by accident. Other rep tested the battery I brought back in, then pulled and tested my old battery from the back to ensure that they indeed issued a new battery. Yup they sold me a new battery, but the sales rep pulled another new battery from the shelf and said hopefully this one will work for you. After hooking up again a new battery this one registered after half an hour. Bottom line is that they never questioned if I was wrong and focused on a solution for my needs!
