Over the years, I misplaced all of my stuff from my college days, so I jumped at the opportunity to find a replacement while on my way to Sac for the weekend. The store doesn't offer posters of the university or of anything really, except the egghead sculptures. No thanks. They do offer plenty of gifts and accessories though, including a collection of UCD sanrio products. Being on campus, of course they sell electronics as well as textbooks downstairs. When making my purchase, the staff ran into technical issues at the front counter, but they eventually found a resolution without too much of a delay. Parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays.

This turned out to not be the case; a change in my phone plan simply "credited" me for the charges incurred by financing these items (UE Boom 2, Powerbeats headphones, phone case, glass screen protector, and portable charger - all amounting to over $400 in financed items). I was initially quite upset because I felt I'd been misled. Lacy took the time to look over my past billing statements, explain the charges and credits, and called me back to follow up about these charges. I still regret financing these items, but Lacy made me decide to stay with T-Mobile because she went above and beyond in her customer service.
