Unlike services that jump straight to wiping your system, reformatting is our last resort. We work hard to preserve your files, photos, and personal data. Every repair is handled with care and transparency. All services are by appointment only—I come to you for pickup, drop-off, or on-site support in Davis and nearby areas.
History
Established in 2002.
I started out selling computer hardware and related items online through my own website. In the early 2000s, I opened a small office in South Davis with the goal of continuing that business from a commercial location. Before officially opening, I ran a display ad in the SBC Yellow Pages, which allowed me to list under two business categories. I chose “computer hardware” and, at the suggestion of the representative, added “computer repair”—even though it hadn’t been part of my original plan. After some thought, I agreed. That decision changed the course of my business. When the phone book came out in April 2002, I began getting repair calls—and I’ve been fixing computers ever since.
Meet the Business Owner: Todd J.
I've had a passion for electronics since before high school. Once I was able to enroll, I took electronics classes throughout my sophomore, junior, and senior years. During that time, I developed a strong interest in computers—even though I wasn’t allowed to have one at home. I once tried to secretly buy a TRS-80 from Radio Shack, but the store had to refund me after my parents found out. A few years later, I successfully brought home a VIC-20 without anyone noticing.
In 1986, while attending Solano College, I bought my first real computer: a TRS-80 Model III. By 1991, I made the switch to an IBM-compatible system. Since then, I’ve been hands-on with computers—learning, building, fixing, and helping others do the same. That early passion continues to drive the work I do today.
