There are businesses that sell computers, and then there are businesses that truly care about…read morepeople. This company is the latter. My father is 88 years old. His world has become much smaller over the years. He can still enjoy short walks, his phone, and most importantly, his computer. It is his connection to the outside world and one of the few activities that keeps his mind engaged every day. His old computer had finally become obsolete, but replacing it was something we dreaded. Any major changes to the way it looked or worked would have been confusing and upsetting for him. The owner took the time to come to our home, listen carefully to our concerns, and understand my father's unique needs. Rather than trying to sell us the latest technology, he designed a solution around my father. He replaced the aging tower with a small, modern computer hidden on the desk, while making everything else feel exactly the same. The best part was hearing my father say, "It's exactly the same." To him, nothing had changed except that everything worked again. Seeing his smile and watching him comfortably return to using his computer without frustration was something our family truly appreciates. In today's world, it's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine compassion. This wasn't just excellent customer service--it was kindness, patience, and understanding. Our family is deeply grateful. Thank you for giving my father back one of the most important parts of his daily life. We will never forget your thoughtfulness and highly recommend your business to anyone looking for honest service from someone who truly puts people first. The King Family

We tried to take the initiative with this idea internally, but it was too costly and finding a reliable solution proved to be difficult. Our ideas are sound and work but we needed both the strategical and technical experience to push past our roadblocks. After scavenging the Internet for a digital agency in Sacramento, we found that Capitol Tech Solutions was our ultimate choice. We were met with a very enthusiastic and passionate group led by Bobby Reed. Our website was broken and non-responsive, something that is a no no in Google's policy. We were so conflicted about taking care of it internally that we wasted time reaped the consequences of having a dysfunctional website. It was so encouraging to know that they wanted to increase our marketing efforts just as much as we did. After 3 months, CTS got us up and running - we're already performing better than before and have opted to continue our partnership with them to develop a full-fledged digital marketing strategy. I highly recommend their services to anyone running a small business or large enterprise company who's looking for a digital agency. Thank you guys so much!

Business slowed drastically, the only reason we made it through was due to referrals. We thought it was just a temporary slump, but then after 1 then 2, then 3 months of this slump, it was obvious something was wrong. We realized it had something to do with our online presence, but didn't know what it was. So, because we didn't know about MyCali Design, we hired another company that promised to get our company to appear in Google searches again, but they were expensive, but I was desperate. They kept saying it takes time for things to turn around, so we remained patient with them, but after 10 months, thousands of dollars, and NO RESULTS , I had to get 2nd opinions. THAT'S WHEN I FOUND "MyCali Designs". Within 2 weeks, they were able to get my phones to start ringing again, something the other company couldn't do in 10 months!! And MyCali Design charges me less than the other company. Calling them is one of the best business decisions that I've made! Sincerely, Joe Weins (President) Yolo Plumbing, Inc.
